when i arrived i told them id wait to see how my friend (who came with me) nails would turn out and then i'll decide on weather or not ill get nails (since it was my first time getiting my nails done) but SHE WENT AHEAD AND STARTED WORKING ON THEM ANYWAY! the quiet lady doing my friends nails took her time and was nicely applying them but the manager that was doing mine was doing them so fast and roughly. SHE MADE MY CUTICLE BLEED!!! and when i told her it's hurting really badly on one nail she just said that it's fine and will go away soon after washing the nails (which btw the pain DID NOT go away). NOT TO MENTION COVID SAFETY!!!!!!!!! i can't exageratte this enough. after the client before me left she told me to sit down where her previous client sat without first sanitizing it. later the manager working on my nails was coughing and had a runny nose the entire time and HAD HER MASK DOWN THE ENTIRE TIME. In fact she told me that i should also pull my mask down and sit back relaxed. I was surprised! when i told her im going to keep my mask on she just replied saying "If you get sick you get sick, if you don't get sick you don't get sick" ,what's that even supposed to mean!? she didn't clean any of her tools from previous clients. she was very rude. every time i asked about what she was doing she would give me a mean look and say "im not finished yet". NOT TO MENTION A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! online it says it's $35 and up for acrylics. Both me and my friend were charged $70 each for a total of $150. and they were simple nails. no design whatsoever. she said before that a plain color will make the bill $60 each but just by changing the color of one nail the nail became $70. SHE CHARGED $10 FOR ONE NAIL THAT WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR! and whenever you tried questioning her she'd just say that color is color. which also ; when i asked her what the most popular colors in her store was she told me to just chose any color and that color is color. she was rushing the entire time. also not to mention they were talking in their language which can make a customer think it's something about them. not professional. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. anyone giving it 5 stars probably got it at the other princess nails in clayton park and dartmouth cause this one is definetly not worthy of anything more than 1 star.

This is a very bad nail salon. I have a fungal infection in my nails after going there once for a manicure. DO NOT GO!!!!!

Ashley is lovely and really knows her stuff! My first appointment as a lash newbie was informative and she really took her time understanding what I wanted (which is a "natural but better look") and she customized with a combination of lash styles to suit my wants and face shape. Now I can't go without, they make me feel so confident! Highly recommend!

Best prices ever! $27 for pedi and $37 for mani-pedi. Are you kidding me? Peter did a great job and was cheerful and polite.

I had really short nails...really short. They get dry and beat up from making pottery. I got the sweetest French mani/pedi here and the attention to detail was wonderful. So happy!

BE AWARE! She is using acrylic and calling it gel. When I asked her to show me the packaging it came in, the powdery substance was called "gel nails" but the first ingredient was acrylic... she then went on to say its just a different type of gel and I should've asked before I made the appointment. This felt extremely shady, to be charging gel prices and using acrylic. It also smelt extremely strong of chemicals in the apartment. The actual application was sloppy as well, most nails were varying length and miss-shaped. My advice is if you want gel go somewhere else.
