If I could I would give them 0 rating! Customer service is horrible. Especially 2 of them spanish and korean one are the worst. They don't know how to talk to their customers properly. Beware and ask every time before they offer any service. They are liars. They have screwed up my papers twice, which cost me to pay double. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I needed 1-day contact lenses for my wedding the next day. He figured out my prescription from my eyeglasses and gave me three pairs of 1-day lenses as close as possible to my prescription for free! He then congratulated me on the wedding. Great service and nice people!

I saw Dr. Chen for an eye exam and found her to be very thorough and pleasant. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment and offer direct billing which is great! Would highly recommend this clinic. I also had a great experience picking out glasses at Kim’s optical which is on the lower floor. The opticians there are very friendly and willing to help. Overall the entire process was very smooth.
