Friendly staff, spacious waiting area, convenient location and knowledgeable, attentive staff and doctors. Plenty of parking both times I went (both were Saturday mornings )

Brutal. Do the doctors know that the person receiving all emails. Will not properly read them and not set up a proper time. And will not call for clarification and will not pick up their phone. This person will cause these doctors to loose business

Everyone knew what to do to learm my mom with her eye test. My mom has dementia and it was difficult for her. They were very patient throughout the visit... Thanks for a great job Dr. Eddie

The doctor was excellent and professional, but the optician brushed off all attempts to indicate what sort of frames I wanted, and told me that only their most expensive lens - $575 - would do for my prescription. A blatant lie at a -5 in both eyes. Three stars because the doctor truly was fantastic, but ultimately, they tried to rip me off. This is a great place for an exam but nobody should be paying $900+ for a single pair of glasses.

Fast and friendly service. Pat went all out to help us get what we needed and at a very reasonable price.

..Dr Lee asked my spouse to view letters at a distance without wearing his distance glasses that they previously prescribed him..said, "you can't see"..so that "test"...and the peripheral test, summed up was; "I'm getting your drivers licence suspended permanently". Now he is very depressed, and can't pay all the bills as he is "disqualified" from certain jobs now. I have to drive him to all his appointments. The Dr was very busy that day & was only interested in getting him out of his office (after not letting my husband's eyes adjust from the sun outside to darker lighting inside). If only he could've been more patient or retested him to confirm for sure.
