Fantastic experience! Wonderful, caring staff. I was nervous about having laser vision correction surgery, but Dr. Medunic put me at ease with her excellent pre/post operation care.

I needed to update my prescription glasses and looked up online the nearest optometrist with out reading their reviews unfortunately. I went to my appointment on time the door is locked and need to ring bell per Covid protocols; the rude Asian receptionist came out angry yelling at me saying "you are early", so I showed her the time on my phone 12:15 which is my appt. She said " I was on the phone give me few minutes" as if this is my fault for ringing the bell while she is on the phone. Now for the Dr. she seemed to be ok except that she pushed for a retina digital scan which I did not really need and never done before during previous optometry exams; Dr. Natasha explanation for why I needed this test was "I always do this for my patients" . I guess as a new patient need to follow so I said fine. The part she did not explain was the test is at an additional cost $69 which you will discover at the counter when you pay. Just beware and better to read reviews firs

Dr. Christine is very professional and patient. My daughter began to wear her first pair of OK lenses here, and she said the world became brand new since then. My daughter really enjoys the convenience it brings. The only regret is she didn’t wear it earlier. There were periodic checkups (1-2 weeks) after the lens wearing. They changed the lenses because the diopter of my daughter slightly adjusted. And it’s for free! Now it fits perfectly. All staffs here are friendly. I think it’s a smart decision to choose this clinic!

Dr. Trent Ujimoto’s practice at Optometrist in Longo’s mall is a very convenient location between Trafalgar and Dundas. There is ample parking available here. His friendly and professional services include, and not limited to, red eyes, itchy eyes, dry eyes, watery eyes, retinal detachments, flashes floaters, contact lenses, low vision, vision therapy.

Staff and doctor are not helpful or attentive to patients at all. Very bad experience vising this place. Would not recommend , not worth even 1 start. Sorry.

Not since I got my first pair of glasses about 40 years ago have I been so pleased with a new pair! I love my new progressive lens glasses! Thanks to the excellent staff for educating me about the various options.

I've been dealing with Daniela @ Blur for many years. She has been nothing but helpful, kind and very detailed when I come in to purchase/repair my glasses. I've bought numerous pairs of both prescription glasses and sunglasses that have all been great. It is rare to have customer service as great as Blur provides. 5+ stars.
