Optometrist

DERNIERE FOIS.

Positive experience for eye exam taken here. Disappointing experience buying glasses here as they played with the numbers to have me leave with only one pair of glasses instead of two. A year later, a very disappointing experience here as they couldn't find my file for a long time. Despite providing my address and details, they still asked repeatedly whether i lived at x address as per other people with the same last name. Then, at the end of it all, i couldn't leave with the contact lenses i was seeking.

Horrible receptionist

Nice place to visique, but I wouldn't want to live there.

This review is being left simply and plainly for Keith, the guy who works in the back lab of the Bayshore Mall location. He came out when he saw me fiddling with my loose, uneven, dirty glasses. Went out of his way, above and beyond, and fully heated up and cleaned my glasses and tightened and adjueadjthem perfectly. Service at its absolute best.

so nice!

Booked an appointment for an eye exam yesterday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The optometrist was very informative throughout. Overall great experience.

Great help and good service. Shaheen is a very helpful and friendly Optometrist.

Super bon service !!

Shelley was extremely helpful in helping to arrange lenses for someone in from out of town who forgot their contact lenses! Very good customer service! Thank you :)
