Optometrist

I called them three times to have my information sent to the new optometrist and they failed to do what I asked. The other office also called them to get them to send over my information needed for an appointment and they also failed to send over my info. I sent a webform submission through their website and they never responded to my request. I called them to ask my information be released and they told me the other optometrist needs to ask for the info. I am still having to wait for the information to be released and I find them very frustrating to deal with. How much time can you ask for something so simple yet meet a wall of silence? For this I rate them 1 star out of 5.

Amazing prices and great customer service!! Will totally come back for a nice pair of sunnies :)

They will refuse to sell you contact lenses unless you have an eye exam with them

Outstanding at every level: optometrists do an outstanding job (my optometrist is Dr. Morcos), modern equipment, awesome customer experience buying your glasses with Thomas Greene. Every individual working here is friendly, professional & most helpful. Schedule an appointment today!

Having had good service from this store it was very disappointing to go today for an eye exam. My appointment was at 4.30pm and I got there 10 mins early to check in. At that time no mention was made of the Dr running late . Having noticed someone going in to the Dr just after 4.35 I asked the receptionist if the Dr was running to time to be told yes she was. I then asked how late and was told 30 minutes. I didn't have time to wait an additional 30 mins so cancelled. If I had been told of the time delay when I checked in I would have been happier. Not to inform a patient who has turned up on time of a significant time delay at the outset is rude and arrogant. They have lost my business after 5 years.

I came here for the first time on Monday, May 27/2018. Can't wait to receive my new glasses. BTW, I was quite impressed with the great service I received from Marc Dignard. Thank you Marc for making my initial experience at your store a very pleasant experience. I'm so happy that Ray Lepage (Gloucester Locksmith) referred me to you!!! :-)

I have been wearing progressive lenses for a long time but no one told me that there are variety of progressive lenses on the market. First time I have been explained different kind of progressive lenses; I was impressed with their knowledge.

Great service!

Excellent, honest and friendly service along with wide range of glasses! Would highly recommend Clearview Eyewear to anyone!

Bien contente du service reçu. Dre Renaud est très compétente, elle a su rassurer ma fille qui, d'habitude, est très anxieuse. Tout le personnel mérite un 5 étoiles :) Encore merci

Worst customer service ever. Was refused by store manager to purchase contacts because my nails were apparently too long. I have worn contacts forever and she would not even let me show her that I’m capable of taking them out. Yelled at me in front of customers

Très mauvais service, prix déraisonnable et personnel pas tres qualifié. A éviter absolument

Went in for a quick shades fix and I really felt like a valued client. Excellent customer service by Emily, willing to go above and beyond!

L'optométriste est excellente et très patiente.
