Optometrist

For over 20 years now I have gotten my glasses here and am so pleased. They are so helpful and my glasses go for years without needing adjustment. I highly recommend this family business.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dawn-Marie fitted me with custom orthotics and explained why I should wear them on a continual basis. i would definitely recommend her to anyone that may be having foot issues. Carol

Superb selection of high quality frames and highly knowledgeable staff. Memorable customer service and quick turnaround time! Would purchase anything eye-related here again. And they do eye exams!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

I went in today to replace a pair of glasses, and had the best experience. Tammy and Constance were so kind, helpful, and efficient in making sure I got exactly what I needed. They took care of every request that I made and were so friendly. Best customer service I have had in a long time, I would recommend shopping here for sure!!!! Thank you so much Tammy and Constance!

I get the feeling that the customer comes first at Personal Optical. They try to please and meet the customer's needs. Pleasant service, nice selection of frames, and quick turnaround on prescription glasses. Thank you. judy

We sought out Dr. Kuraitis when our son was diagnosed with intermittent exotropia (lazy eye) as an infant and the pediatric ophthalmologist suggested corrective surgery when he was 2 that would have to be done every 10 years as he grew. I did my research and found vision therapy and Dr. Kuraitis. Kyle did the suggested number of treatments at the age of 2 and the results were amazing. I kept Kyle's follow up appointment with the ophthalmologist to confirm Kyle's results and she said his vision had corrected and surgery was no longer necessary. Kyle is now 19 and continues to have annual check ups with Dr. Kuraitis.

I have been going here for 2 years now, and each time I go I recieve outstanding customer service. I was able to get an updated eye exam that also checked for any signs of glaucoma, as well as friendly help and advice when choosing frames for my new glasses. I did the 3-for-1. I got an eye exam, a new pair of designer frames, and a year supply of prescription conctacts (with solution and new contact case) all for just over 400 bucks. Of course I just HAD to choose the 275 dollar frames hahaha. I highly recommend this place. The place is owned by a family, who is very genuine, and down to earth and honest. They all gave their opinions on a few frames I tried on, stating whether the frame was too heavy, too thick, didn't look right, etc. I tried on a few pairs and soon found perfect ones!! I love them!!! The staff is friendly, patient and kind, they know all about bifocal glasses, and even assisted my mother with discussing her vision problems, as well as new lense types they have now for bifocal lenses. I highly recommend going here, especially for the kind service you get everytime. The environment is clean, organized, well lit, and they have walls of different frames and styles, so you will definitely find something you like! Tips" If you're on a specific budget, ask the staff what frames are in your price range, as they will assist you and give you feedback on the best selection. If you need an eye exam, book ahead (call in) and allow time to be set aside for you so you're guaranteed a spot, as they do get busy. If you don't know what you're looking for, ask the staff! they can recommend frames / styles / shapes that are best suited to your facial structure, and will gladly be of help. Overall, 5/5 stars! I will be retuning here in a few years when I need an updated prescription and new glasses!

First time using this place after years of looking at them. All staff were friendly, helpful if I needed and were very kind and seemingly efficient. I saw the optician who was also very kind (male) quick but thorough during the eye exam. No problems with prescription on my finished lenses which all 3 took less than 1 week to come in to me. 1 prescription sunglasses, 2 prescription pairs cost me a total of 380, including the eye exam, including a 50$ off coupon from their website. This included my glasses with no special coatings -- and when I went to pick up my glasses you get for free a case for each pair of glasses, a cleaning cloth and a bottle of their cleaning spray. I am very satisfied. Pictures to come when I can use my mobile.

Poor customer service. Employee followed me around the store as if I was a criminal and made very rude pointed comments. Store is very overwhelming regarding organization. Everything is in your face and not orderly at all. Very hard to find what youre looking for.

I've been a happy customer for over a decade. Ramzi (the owner) provides consistently good service; he has been exceptional over the years.
