Can you say rude? The entire time I was there it felt as if I was bothering everyone - especially the optometrist!! 0 people skills, didn't even say hello or bye, thank you. Overall bad experience - will never go back

Took my lenses to the store and they were very kind to help me find a perfect frame, and only charged me for the frame with a perfect discount! Recommended!

They need to facelift this place...new carpet, new counters, new decor/ layout...very dated and not classy

Exceptional customer service and excellent prices.

I have been coming here for a few years it is always an exceptional experience. Unlike other places that are smaller and crowded there is always a relaxing atmosphere and stylish frame options. Maria helped me find the most amazing pair of green frames which I have been looking for years and are hard to find that were part of the special offer. She also helped me with new stylish sunglasses also under offer. It’s rare to feel so welcome in an eye glasses shop but this place is special thanks to the people who work there. Julie was equally helpful as was everyone else including the optometrist.

Best eyeglasses place I have ever shopped at. Beautiful, spotless store; very good selection of frames. Staff is lovely: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Jacob definitely went the extra mile.

First time and my last time I will ever visit this establishment. The second I walked in, I knew I should have left. Nobody speaks any english, barely any french save for the actual optometrists. The employees on the sales floor were pestering me to purchase anything since the second I walked in. I felt like I was in a bazaar rather than an optometrist's office. Did the eye exam, doctor was fine but didn't really answer any questions I had, he referred me to the sales lady's (who can't answer any of my questions, because they don't speak the language or have the knowledge to answer them). Finally went to pay for the exam and they refused to give me my prescription. Again kept giving me pricing options. Oh and the cherry on top, after a few days, I noticed my glasses were bent ever so slightly, not enough to need a new pair but just enough that it had bothered my sight and gave me pain (they took my glasses to examine them).

Great staff and amazing service. Very polite and always provide excellent service. Dont understand why previous reviewer was unhappy with service. Maybe she needs to be a little more respectful and clearer on what she needed and not waste the staffs time with her petty comments. Keep it up Grimard, great service and for sure recommending to all my friends.5 star all the way.

Very nice and welcoming staffs. They’re quick and very kind, customer service is top notch.

If you need your glasses adjusted, the optician is only there one day a week. Not convenient.
