Pest Control

Jeff was the technician, and he always does a very through job. We are very pleased.

Responsive, friendly, informative. Highly recommended. They responded quickly to my call about a carpenter any infestation at my home. The technician was eager to answer all my questions. He gave me all the info on the pesticide used, which put me at ease that it was a safe product to use around my family. The infestation was gone once the pesticide took effect. And the price was very reasonable.

Great Company......

Contacted the company and they came the same day and at the time promised. We have squirrels in the attic (at least we think it's squirrels) and the technician seemed knowledgeable and was very courteous and set up traps. It'll take a couple of weeks to know if the problem is solved but the initial contact was and impression was favorable.

This was our very first time using Big Blue Bug. My husband loves Tony's weekly radio show and this is why we called them. The initial treatment was today. We were pleasantly surprised at their technician, Jeb. He came in, explained the process and answered any questions we had. He took the time needed to do a great and thorough job. We both were very impressed with him. Good job Big Blue Bug for hiring people that so positively reflect your company.

If Dominion Pest Control was the last exterminator on earth I would still advise against using their services. I have been living in my apartment for 4 and a half years and apparently early in the summer (mid May/early June) someone moved in and brought the building the pleasure of dealing with bedbugs. It is now almost November (5 months later!) and despite numerous sprayings and a fogging, which would never be effective to treat bedbugs since you have to have contact with the pests in order to kill them with these methods, and I am still dealing with them coming into my apartment after each failed attempt to treat by Dominion. I am a property manager and have been for 4 years and it seems as though I am more knowledgeable on how to effectively treat bedbugs, which would be heat treatments. FYI Dominion doesn’t even offer this service. My entire building was fogged yesterday and I was bit last night and found live bedbugs on my son’s mattress, which has a sealed cover on it. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your pest control needs!

I have been having a horrible smell in my kitchen for a week.. The smell was unbelievable.. Mr. Mike Slosek, from Accurate termite & pest control saved my sanity.. As soon as he walked in he immediately resolved my issue. Wonderful employee.. Thank you so much..

Joey D (staff) arrived on time and was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

They are great at pest control, but scheduling is based on what's convenient for them, not you, so plan to miss work for follow up appointments etc...

I previously posted my initial review of Regan pest control which was great services and want to do a follow up review because the services were so excellent. I hired Regans for my mouse problem. I have to say after the initial services I have not seen 1 mouse. Which i did have quite the family of them going on. Josh did his follow up visit and checked every single area. My basement did have some activity so he setup again and coming back to check it again. They really do provide quality services for an affordable price vs other companies that I estimated. They provide friendly customer service along with very efficient geat quality service. If you are second guessing who to go with it dont make the mistake I did and originally choose someone else. Go with Regans pest control!! Im a firm believer in where credit is due it should be given and Regans Pest Control deserves a lot of credit for their service!

He was so amazing! We were in a panic today after hearing scratching noises above our mounted microwave. It was very responsive, and extremely transparent to help us make a truly informed decision about his services. Even after talking us through the process if we were to do it on our own, we ultimately decided to have Cats Eye help us, because they are professionals. We would easily recommend Cats Eye to our friends and family.

I have used Hollenbeck Pest Control for a few years at two different homes. Their personnel is professional and trustworthy. The prompt service provided is comforting. I once had a field mouse in my house and while everyone laughed at my fear-they did not! Thank you for that! They take time to explain pest behavior so that we can also take preventative measures to ensure certain pest do not return. I highly recommend Hollenbeck Pest Control!

We have been customers of Suburban for many years. Luis is our service representative. Luis always calls in advance on the day of our scheduled appointment and tells us the narrow window in which he always arrives. He is cheerful & always is helpful if we have any new issues. While we are working with Suburban, we only really work with Luis Because he delivers first rate service.

Very professional and reliable service. We have used Horizon Pest for years and in two different homes. I would definitely recommend the company.
