Have taken two dogs there for daycare several times. They know each dog as an individual, and are really caring people. Highly recommend.

I had a good dog whose environment changed from country to city. (Jan 2017) He needed me to learn to control his lunging, dog manners, dominance, aggression and, heeling. I did not want to use treats or clicking as a method. At 11 years old CCTA advised private lessons after a FREE assessment. I made the commitment to complete the 8 lessons in 90 days including working with my lil' man 2-3 times per day @15-20 minutes per time. The lessons with the head trainer were 30-45min @CCTA once a week. You can teach an old dog new tricks WITHOUT treats. Dexter (RIP Nov 2017) rose to the challenge and we became great together. I have used the training and skills with my new rescue with the same incredible results. As a dog owner I know I can always reach out to CCTA for intelligent, professional, positive reinforment results. I recommend.

We have a difficult dog. This is the only place we can take him for a nail trim. The groomers are so good with him. We have been here 3 times with no incident. He is super comfortable and they do a good job. In comparison the last time we got his nails cut somewhere else in Barrhaven he was in distress, crying, and got his dew claw cut so short we needed a trip to the vet as two days later it was still bleeding off and on.

Get my dog groomed here all the time. Staff is gentle with my puppy and very kind. Just wish they had different hours, would go much more often.

Pricing on dog food is a bit of off when comparing to large medium and small bags. And a few bags of diamond dog food were obviously attacked by mice but still on the shelfs
