The groom for my dog was ok but not the greatest though not the reason we wont be back. Meeting you as you walk is chaos and filth. A bookcase with treats covered in thick dust and hair, a grooming table that appears to have been cleaned 6 months ago, dirty crates, ... I get that you can be busy but a place needs to be clean for obvious reasons.

Good staff, Small animal care is not the best and not a whole lot of selection, but otherwise good!

I agree with every post out here on the health of these animals in this store! I purchased two Netherland dwarf bunnies, they were so skinny and so under nourished! These bunnies I bought are now up to awesome weight, but funny, one is not a dwarf bunny, it is actually a rabbit!!!! This place did not care if I had ever owned any animals before, they were so glad to just sell them to me at a price I know was well beyond what they were worth! Youtube is a great place to expose these kind of places!

I just called to get a quote for 2 dogs and the owners friend picked up phone and was relaying information and then the groomer picked up phone and said he doesn't have time to get details and I said well I will call someone who can take my call and my money. Rude!

Amazing experience here. Pet store or no pet store, these people are excellent!!!!
