Pet

Okay About three months ago my friend (Rachel Diniz) and I decided to tell the story of my dog, Gryffin, and his visit to Kennel Land. My friend was the first to post a review. I chickened out, for lack of better terms. I can verify, as a family member of Gryffin, that everything she stated was true. A month ago Kennel Land replied to my friend. Saying she wasn't in the records and she had no way of backing up her claims. They're right. I can back up my claims though. If you search for my last name in the records you will find it. Post Gryffin's death we received photos of him. They had what we believe to be a shock collar around his neck (a collar with a big black box attached to it) we were not told about this, let alone asked. Because of this, the rude demeanour in which they replied to Rachel, and the overall injustice of this entire situation. I am now telling this story. The accident that claimed Gryffin's life was not one under his own health. To my knowledge, he did not suffer a heart attack or get an infection. He fell through ice, and presumably drowned, or froze to death. I believe, as many pet owners, that leaving your pet in the hands of a company who claims to provide your dog with an excellent stay means that company should ensure that simple things like basic safety concerns are taken care of. This is not written to be mean or vindictive. It is merely an end to a beginning. I write this to alert others, not to ruin a business. Thank you for reading.

Love going here!!

The best place ever. The staff are great and just love the dogs.

Shopped at this location for over 10 years. Friendly staff, good selection of products and great advise. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable, always easy to find and helpful. Visit this location frequently for crickets and Horn worms for my sons dragon.

Honestly the best place in georgetown for pets. Best customer service ever.

I had the best pet experience at Paulmac's Pets in Milton. Amanda and Tamara both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They both provided real-life examples to make me feel comfortable. I will continue to go to this location for their great service. Thanks Amanda and Tamara.

Very nice store with great staff. Love going here even just to stroll

I buy all my pet food from here. They are good and suggest the best for the pets.

We love Stephanie and Diva Dog! She's very aware of our own dog's issues and takes care. We've never had a bad experience with them. Our dog always comes back adorable.

Very nice open area to watch your pet get groomed. Staff were really friendly to me and our little doggo. Little doggo looked happy while she was getting groomed too.

Wet pets is a small store but the owner Jimmy is awesome. Everybody should go great deals and prices and all the fish are very healthy.

The dog self serve wash is EXCELLENT!

Rebecca the groomer here is awesome and the rest of the staff is lovely too. Terrific place to take your fur baby.

The staff are very kind and helpful! They make sure you have enough information about products and services before you buy. Also I like to take my dog Mika to Pet Valu to get her nails done. I am happy to know that when my fogs nails get done proceeds go to pets in need.
