We love the $10 wash station!!! We could never bathe our boy at home and it beats minimum $60 grooming any day. Also always great with advice and full of information!

Been a number of times with two different dogs (Alaskan Malamutes) and they have always done a good job on the batch and brush and at a very reasonable price.

Found this groomer online after relocating to Sudbury, very pleased with overall experience. I stayed the duration as it was our first time however my dog absolutely enjoyed every moment . She was professional, friendly, clean & very thorough . Affordable cost with premium service . Definitely a return customer. For anyone considering the option of having your pet groomed here should not hesitate! If she's available take the opportunity. No one likes to eat at an empty restaurant. ..my advice bottom line is she's worth every dollar. You and your pet will be pampered & pleased with your experience . I hope this helps.

I was VERY happy with the service we recieved for Meatloaf. We valled in 45 minutes before thry closed to get his nails done. The staff were very friendly and Loafy was so happy to have so much attention. We are happy to have found his go to groomer and will become regular customers. Best part, bully friendly! The DIY pet wash has everything you need and the owner is extremely helpful during the whole process. Think I just found my go to spot to bath my dog! :)

Well having 3 little poodles that love summer park walks the Ottawa heat can really be too much for their park adventures. So we always try to find a good grooming salon. So over the last 7 years we certainly have tried at least 10 different places.... Well just by chance a couple walking their dog who always chat with us told us about The Prancing Paws... Well we are Soooo impressed!!!! Very down to earth lady owner who does it all. Plus it’s all in her own Home!!! You can tell she loves Dogs+ Cats and after having all 3 of our dogs pampered there.... She gave them all very nice, classy pretty cuts and followed my requested lengths Perfectly. My doggies were super happy in her lovely warm feeling home.
