Pet

Amazing experience here. Pet store or no pet store, these people are excellent!!!!

I adore Sue, she will get in anything for your pet! Good prices, great service, and keeping it local! Top dog, thank you for all your service.

Over the moon with Trupanion. They were so quick and helpful with Auggies broken Elbow. In less then 24 hours they took care of everything, direct billing was handled and they were in contact with my vet the entire time. There was no third party situations necessary. They made things SO easy for me and I'll be renewing my pet insurance with them. Thanks again for everything!

To my dog, this is a candy store. I take her with me and let her pick her own treats.

I have a shelti and after about a year of not being able to afford a groomer (and a move back to the area after years away) he was a mess. My dog is sensitive and while not aggressive is often hard to work with and I have been seriously disappointed with groomers in the past who returned him to me not even half done and a neurotic mess from being in such a scary and hectic environment. Not so at the Finger Lakes Pet Center! I turned my dog over to them a tangled smelly mess and got back a perfectly groomed and HAPPY dog. I am so impressed not only with the service (taking a full two hours with each dog to move at their pace and keep them from being stressed) but also the price which in this economy was an added bonus and will ensure I can keep up with his grooming needs. I made a follow up appointment on the spot and intend to continue doing business with Lisa and her two wonderful assistants. I would recommend these ladies to anyone, especially if you've been burned by snooty, rude, over expensive and under performing groomers in the past. Two paws up, way up!

Great little pit-stop on our way back from Manitoulin Island. Great local products, clean washrooms, what more can you ask for?

Super friendly and helpful staff! My wife got her rabbit from here a long time ago and we recently adopted a cat as well. They take really good care of the animals and always make sure they are going to good homes that can take care of them; especially the ones with special needs. I always recommend this place to family and friends instead of getting from Kijiji or other sources.

I bring my four year old son here frequently to visit the animals, he loves the farm animals and cats. For all the people complaining about them putting animals down need to STOP. google animal abuse stories, i cant tell you how many animals coming from shelters or free craigslist ads, even strays get tortured and killed. Im sure i speak for every animal when i say they'd rather be put down humanly than handed to a complete stranger to be tortured and killed. Or sent to a prison as a foster dog and get killed by a prisoner. REALLY wake up ive known people who are soft spoken and sweet. And treated everyone around him Very well kills cats. I lost all faith in humanity after finding that out. He's still somewhere out there too. Don't want your pet put down? Don't bring them to a shelter. They only receive so much funds stop expecting them to save the world! Thanks for all you do lollypop farm but please stop giving animals away for free.

They took us in, in an emergency and they did a great job! Awesome job!

My wife took my husky in for a trim and nails clipped. When she picked him up fur paws had shaved him! He looks horrible, he's miserable laying around the house now. Not himself at all. Everyone knows you can NOT shave this breed of dog. They can't cool themselves properly without any hair. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment my dog received and will never be returning to fur paws again.

Great groomer! I would recommend 👍🏻

Very pleased with our service Buffy grew out due to our commitments so glad she was beautiful when done felt so bad we didn't get her done before out of town guest's came!!

Amazing staff at division location, jimmy is a delight walking in there, my kids always want to know we're jimmy is at, we go at times to just look at the new reptiles they have in, always clean and organized, if you have questions they will assist in any way possible , i would refer everyone i know here

Googled pet stores...not a pet store at all........

Great place to leave your animals.

Terrific service!
