Prompt, courteous, professional. I have called Len a few times over the years with emergency situations he arrived within 20-30 minutes! Great knowledge of the facilities and resources within the city. His van is spacious and accommodating, his service is something we need more of.

Hey I want to warn other animal owners about this place. If you love your pets never bring them to this place. They are unperfessional, and don’t have any experience dealing or calming animals. I brought my little chihuahua for a nail trim. There were two of them working, I believe the older lady was the owner and younger her assistant. They take the animals in the room and you’re not able to see what they are doing. They said they think that when she was trying to push back, she hit her nail and the whole nail fell out and started to bleed. when I saw that I was terrified. They also put a mouth guard on her and she was struggling to breath when the nail fell off the lady brought her out with it. She was never in so much stress that she even pooped herself. previously I took her to other groomers and they never had this issue of calming her down. But the owner of this place said that she didn’t see how it happened. Why can can’t you see how a animal can hurt itself if your the one cutting the nails. After I brought her home I looked at her face and she had swelling on one side of her face that was from the mouth guard. That freaked me out even more. I went on the grommers, website and saw all the comments about animals getting hurt at this place. I called the vet and brought her in the next day, and they said she had an infection Ian treating her with antibiotics that the vet percribed for her. Had to spent 224 dollars for there uncaring and unexprience work. Just want to warn other animal owner about this place.

I have gone to numerous groomers in Ottawa before discovering a few years ago Diane and Pet Palace -- they are at the top of the pack. The grooming is excellent and the service is professional, frank, priced on par (or less) than competitors, and most of all, it's the only place where my large breed dog has not been made nervous. Thanks Pet Palace!

Food was good. Games and rides very expensive. Website was poor. Couldnt find friday start time anywhere.
