The ladies that work here are great. They are very knowledgeable and are ready to answer any questions you may have. We have also purchased a few pets here and they make sure you have everything you need. Love this place!!

I have never been here, but as far as customer service. I called to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was unpleasant and didn’t seem to want my business. Before ending the call I even expressed that to her. Terrible.

Great new location and lots of selection. I buy the organic feed for our farm and Danny always provides excellent customer service. His attention to detail when ordering feed is appreciated. I support local businesses every chance I get- happy to have Gilmore’s so close by! Keep up the good work!
