Great dog wash! It’s convenient to use- everything you need is there (except brushes and combs for obvious reasons). The tub is a good height. No lifting and no bending required. The water has a really good spray and is easy to adjust. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would go again and certainly will recommend this to my friends.

Winchester kennels is a very reliable, well run, and clean establishment. The staff are friendly and know how to take care of your pets. The dogs have the option of staying indoors in their run, or pop outside. The indoor portion is climate controlled to provide them with comfort. We have used this location for years, and they have only gotten better with the new owners.

This is my ‘go to’ pet store. I love the pet food program that gives you a bag free! The staff is always courteous and very helpful.

This place is horrible!! I had already had an awful weekend trying to save my dog which was unsuccessful and he died Tuesday morning. I only had $75 to my name, so I called to see if they would work with me. To my surprise, I was told yes, come with what you have and your pet and we will get it taken care of. Well, not so much. I fly there as fast as can to make it before they close. My PayPal debit card is not being read by their card reader. She tried a few times with the same result, unreadable. NOT DECLINED but UNREADABLE. So instead of having some compassion, and maybe keeping my dog till morning (because their closed by now) so I can figure out the problem, they make me TAKE MY DEAD DOG BACK HOME. That's right. I sat in their parking lot crying as they walked pass me to their cars and left. So I brought my dog home and left him in the backseat covered up and called another company who immediately came to the rescue. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received yesterday, and will tell everyone to avoid them. This company has gone down hill over the years, and yesterday is proof of just how little they truly care about your pet.
