Pet

Always great service when we go. So friendly and most of all knowledgable in the products they sell.

I've been going to Global for a few months now and have received the best service and experience with all global pet food locations. They have very knowledgeable staff, and carry very good brands. Their return policy is spectacular and they offer military discounts.

The groom for my dog was ok but not the greatest though not the reason we wont be back. Meeting you as you walk is chaos and filth. A bookcase with treats covered in thick dust and hair, a grooming table that appears to have been cleaned 6 months ago, dirty crates, ... I get that you can be busy but a place needs to be clean for obvious reasons.

Good staff, Small animal care is not the best and not a whole lot of selection, but otherwise good!

Excellent customer service. Very good selection. Knowledgeable staff. All good, and the kids love to visit the cats.

Overall, the best pet food store in town. Does not have everything you might need.

Enzo and I love coming here for his grooming and treats. The staff are wonderful and friendly! He always look like a million buck after his grooming with Jen. Iam happy to support this small local business to stay afloat.

Great place

Lots of animals and the cages are always clean.

Very happy with this beautiful urn my beloved Maggie came home in! ❤️ Thank you Gateway!!

I said goodbye to my Springer ON Monday July 9. On Thursday July 12 was his cremation. Gateway was organized through my vet and i could not be more thankful. They contacted me first thing on July 10 to let me know what was happening with my dog's remain and what the next steps would be. I was able to say a final goodbye surrounded by family and friends as Springer laid peacefully on a pretty blanket. I was also help carry him towards his last journey, one of that I cannot take with him. I'm sorry I don't remember the gentlemen's name (Scott or James?) that helped but I wish I did. I met his dog Jane who gave me a nice "it's ok you're Springer loved you" moment. I have very grateful to the staff at Gateway for giving me some closure and helping my friends, family and me through this difficult lost. Love you always Springer.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The staff (sales associates, trainers, and grooming) are all friendly and ready to help. Great location.

Love taking Mitsy to Paws in Bath for months now and she absolutely LOVES it!! High reccomend Natalie!!

Staff here are patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Selection is great. Best pet supply store in Aurora.

Very friendly and helpful staff (including help with fitting a squirming puppy in a harness). Great selections and not just all about one brand. Lots of healthy dog food brands in stock.

They offer doggie daycare, some toys and that’s it lol. Small shop :D
