Always nice and willing to help and give advise.

Good customer service

I AM PRETTY SURE I AM THERE LIKE EVERYDAY!!! I am a cat lover .But I cant have a cat and there isnt any cat cafés near me. They are usally a few milles away. So I walk to petsmart to see their cats. After a while I fell in love with a cat named Tori she is the sweetest cat ever and when ever i walk in she would meow for my attention and she would give me a mini high five and she would lick me and I would pet her . But she finally got adopted and although I miss her I am glad she has a family now. The staff that work there are realllyy nice and I enjoying talking to them.

Thank to take care of my dogs

Nice customer service.

Staff was very under educated about the animals in store. At least that's how I felt. I felt I could of done better without the "help"

Very friendly helpful staff

Great store, super friendly staff. The leafs/team Canada jerseys come in smaller sizes than the other dog sweaters. My dog is an XL in all of the sweaters in the store and the xl in the jerseys were way too tight. But other than that, great selections.

I have been going to this location for 2 years now and since the new management came in I for sure see the improvement. The store is clean and organized. The manager is accommodating, helpful and Knowledgeable. I will for sure keep purchasing my cat products here and I would recommend this store to all my friends and family. P.S. - the 2 reviews above are so far from the truth.. In the 2 years that I've been going I have never seen anything like what they have described.. Sounds very fishy to me!

A trustworthy, wonderful and friendly place for cats to stay! They took good care of my cat with love and responsibility. This was her first time to be away from home and she was happy and comfortable at Aurora Cat Hotel. Hosts provided separate room for her during the first several days to comfort her fearness and answered my every requests for photos and videos. Really recommend!

I was let down by Doggieville to the point I do not believe we will be back, and we have warned our neighbours. We used to go for regular daycare, but I noticed that our dog would get locked up for hours on end. When I approached them about it the staff dismissed my concern and told the owner that it was only for lunch and nap time.. Little do they realize I watch the webcam at work... Later I decided to try a grooming. Our dog came back from a $85 grooming with barely anything but a bath and brush. The staff had the nerve to say that 'we should pay attention to matting near her ears'. I have never heard of a dog coming back from a groomer with matting before! Usually that is why you send your dog to get groomed. We went and bought a tool to take care of her matting after she came back from the grooming... I found the owner very kind, but on more than one occasion I have caught her staff flat out lying to clients (as well as me). I feel bad for her as she is such a kind person that she likely does not know her staff are letting her down.

Great service, selections and very knowledgable. I give my doggie premium, one ingredient treats and the selection is awesome.

Great store. Rick is always very friendly, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Talented, compassionate groomer. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

Good location. Have a cat adoption center from local cat rescues and a grooming center.

Excellent service by the store management and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request! It's very evident that store cares and values their business with customers.
