Pet

I've tried shopping at larger big box pet stores in Aurora and none compare to the customer service here!

Friendly and knowledgeable

Leslie is amazing at making dogs look their best! We had a dog who didn’t like being groomed but she took her time with her and was careful. Being a chow/lab mix there was a lot of fur! The floor would have a cloud look to it when Cinnamon’s winter coat was coming out. Though she didn’t like the wash, she would always have a bounce in her step when we were leaving.

Ingrid was amazing I was so sorry to see her go. The new lady that bought the business never answers the phone or returns calls. I've had to physically go there to make an appointment. Not a good way to keep customers

The women there are great. We are always happy with the service and the great job they do.

They are definitely good at what they do and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Ron's Pet Grooming to other pet owners.

Great service. They make their own cat grass as well have the cat springs, could not find them anywhere.

Just got home from a week down south. I was so happy with the service and their level of communication. I got daily updates and pictures, and overall felt so comfortable knowing my cats were looked after. Highly recommend this service! ☺️ Thanks again!

Caren is an amazing groomer. I used to take my dogs to another groomer who would have a whole salon full of dogs waiting to be groomed. My dogs were terrified there. When Caren was HIGHLY recommended to me I called right away and prayed she could fit us in. My dogs love their spa day with Caren and she always does impeccable work and her rates are less if not the same as the other salons I’ve used. We were sad to leave Caren but moved over an hour away. Caren took the time to find us a new groomer in our new town because that is the type of person she is. We all miss you Caren

Brought our kids in. They of course wanted a pup. It was between a white one that shed (that my 4yr old had been playing with) and a black maltipoo. We stepped outside of door to talk. We even said that as we stepped out. We were no more than 4-5 mins. Came back in and one of the 3 maltipoo’s were in the playpen my daughter was in. So she started playing with it to get a feel for it. There were 2 females and 1 male. However only the male and 1 female were available, the other female had a deposit on it. There was a family holding the 2 others and when the employee told us it could be either of the females it didn’t matter, we wanted the one my daughter was playing with. However...the other family came over and scooped the pup out of the pen that my 4yr old was playing with! I said to the employee that was right there, “um...that’s the pup my daughter wanted”. The employee giggled and said, it doesn’t matter they all look alike. And I said “ya but this ones a girl”. To which the employee said “well these guys want a girl too!” My 4 year old was HEART BROKEN! I couldn’t believe the employee just let that happen and then outright laughed about it. The other family didn’t flinch either as my daughter freaked out when they just scooped the pup up from her. I was DISGUSTED!!! Even called them from pkg lot (with daughter still hysterical) and spoke to the second employee (a male) to which he said well sorry that happened to you but if you didn’t have a deposit we can’t do anything. WHAT?!!!! This other family had no deposit either AND my 4yr old was playing with it. This family scooped it up from her while playing!!! I would not recommend ANYONE purchase ANYTHING from this business. They deserve to be OUT OF BUSINESS. IT’S HORRIFYING!!!!

It's really hard to get an appointment here but that is because these people are awesome. Job is always done fast, beautifully and at a reasonable price. Dog comes back home happy instead of grumpy like some other places.

I've been taking my 75 lb Doodle (mostly Poodle) to Poodle Corner for almost 4 years now, and wouldn't take him anywhere else. Lexie is excellent with our dog, and is very patient with the special requests we give for his unique hair-style. We've given her photo references to refer to, and he is always happy as can be when I pick him up. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clientele to give them exactly what they want. I'm quite convinced that any less-than-stellar review of the services offered here, are due to dog owners who have not trained their animals properly. Good service from a groomer is a 2-way street. If your dog is ill-behaved and not obedient, you'll probably not be happy with the results of dropping them off with a stranger for hours at a time. Our dog is very well trained and easy to handle, and actually jumps up on the grooming table when we walk in. And he looks fantastic every time I pick him up. You just can't have a better indication of a good groomer than that...

This was the first time taking our 4 year old dog here to get his summer cut. Carolyn and her assistant were amazing with him. He usually is nervous of grooming's even from our old place, but not with them. Best cut and nail clippings we have ever seen on our dog and we will definitely be using Carolyn again for his future grooming's. Great job. I would recommend Furology highly to any pet owner. We went to Big Al's for a replacement pump for our tank. There were a handful of customers in the store, so it was not so busy, it was around 3 on a Thursday afternoon. In the back where the fish are, there were a couple of staff cleaning tanks and another opening a shipment of fish that had just come. The cashier was at the front with another male employee. We walked around and we were looking up as we saw the pumps on the top shelf....you could tell we were looking for something. The male at the front of the store just kept flirting and laughing with the cashier as if no one else was around. My husband finally asked if he could help and asked the price of a pump....he told us the price, my husband said but why so much when I can get it at another place cheaper. The male employees answer was I don't know they just bring stuff in and we slap a price on it. Gotta love that! Anyway he went back to his flirting. Let's hope he got the date he wanted with the cashier, but we will not be returning. We have shopped their before but the rudeness of the male employee and the cashier were too much. Do your fun when you are not at work so you don't waste customers time.

Great service, they really care about the health of your pet!
