Pet

Love this place. They care about their animals. Take time to answer questions and they know their birds. Everytime me and my daughter go we have a positive experience.

I Usually just head back to the groomer, pick up some dog food and back out. Groomer is AMAZING! Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I will never come to this grooming salon ever again! I took my dog for a face clean up and nail trim. On the phone, one employee told me that the maximum amount of money that they would take was $14. We went there today and one employee said that the process would take 10 minutes. We went out of the salon and looked at some products in the store. AFTER 3 MINUTES, THE LADY SAID THAT SHE WAS DONE. We told her that we needed to clear beneath the ears and she didn’t even properly listen. The attitude of the lady was very high and she would not listen. We then went to go pay and she charged us $30! SHE SAID $14 BUT SHE CHARGED US $30. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT. WE WASTED SO MUCH MONEY! If I could give 0 stars, I would. MY FRIENDS DID NOT EVEN NOTICE THAT MY DOG GOT A TOUCH UP. PETSMART IS TRASH. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. PETSMART IS RIPPING EVERYONE OFF! This is a personal note from me to save your money. PetSmart is terrible.

We have a miniature poodle with a very thick, tight coat. Durham Dog Grooming has always done an absolutely beautiful job. It's the only place where our dog isn't scared and doesn't act crazy after the cut. It is a wonderful place!

Best pet store!

Great place to shop for your pet.

It is so nice to come home to a happy and tired dog. Wanda knows what day her walk is and waits at the door for Sue. Just thrilled with the service.

Great service - have been using them for years. Always available and accommodating. Trusting and reliable.

I go into this store even with a relatively neutral mood or bad mood and it is all but impossible to come out with a smile. The staff is so friendly and genuinely interested in the well-being of your pet that it shows every time I go in. They are inquisitive, knowledgeable and willing to listen to any and all suggestions. They will also order in items you request. I cannot give more praise. I love this store.

Very clean environment Great selection at resonable prices Friendly staff Centrally located Definitely recommended

Thanks Hwy7 pet retreat, for taking such great care of our dog. We will be back, highly recommend

Linda and country pet resort is great for dogs to interact and learn. Linda has been great with my wolfdog Toby.
