Always a good experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff always eager to help. Always well stocked. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Preferred this store much more compared to Pet Valu on Southdown Rd. The service, selection and hours are really convenient and make for a great stop for all your pet-related needs, whether it be food, treats, litter, accessories, toys, and more.

A cheerful greeting as I opened the door. I was asked with what I needed assistance. I have been there when I had a dog. I indicated my dog had passed, and now need items for my cat. The clerk expressed empathy for my loss, which I touched my heart. Thank You ! I was shown several options for the cat. I wanted a collar, a name tag. The woman showed several tag and cursor options. I picked what I desired and the tag was engraved with everything I requested. The collar & tag look great. Thanks again, and will return to this location.

I’ve been going there for almost 4 years, and my dog and I always happy to go there. My dog is always comfortable to stay and never had problem.

Owner is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and establishes the quality and performance of them with her own animals before recommending them to customers. Staff is helpful and cares about the nutrition and happiness of your pet. Only the best products sold here. Highly recommended.

I bought some boots and the winter coverall for my Boston terrier, and love them! I always had trouble finding things that fit, and would keep my dog warm. These two items more than meet these needs... highly recommend for anyone who has chilly dogs in the winter! The staff at Neighbourhound are very friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Great dog wash station. So much easier than making a mess in your house. Regularly have in-store specials and promotions with charities.
