Pet

Great staff and a variety of items in the store for every option.

Small shop but lots of variety.

Five Stars!!! Wonderful customer experience, with beautiful cats and beautiful kittens!! Keep up the amazing work Kaitlin and Gail!!

You dont talk down to pet owners when they come to you for help and to talk. I was talked down to for being young and not having billions of dollars and caring about the prices.. may be time to find a new vet

Good value. Knowledgeable staff.

Principles of business ethics including accountability, care and respect, honesty, healthy competition, loyalty, transparency, and respect. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY! PERIOD

Diana is great at offering exactly what we ask for at a reasonable price. She responds to appointments made through email, and will try her best to accommodate. We like that there are no back rooms and all the grooming is done in open view. We've taken our dogs to many different groomers, and she is the only one able to trim/file down the dogs nails to as short as possible. Our dogs are fussy and do not like their nails being touched, so it is definitely not an easy task. And when one of our dogs had a poop accident on her floor (oops!), she did not make a big fuss about it, which we appreciated. It's a bit of a trek to take our dogs to Diana's, but it's worth the trip. There is also street parking on Emerson Ave.

Run by an absolutely amazing young couple who truly care. Beautiful people with a beautiful property and loads of love for this breed

Very good groomer and very attentive

Great facilities, hands-on owners, caring/attentive staff and lots of space for dogs to run and explore! My doggo has been there several times, including his first long stay away from me, and he always comes home exhausted after his fun-filled days at the ranch.

Excellent boarding facilities. We've boarded our dogs here many times and they are well cared for and happy!

This is the Total Experience...Your pet will love it...and the memories are priceless. Karen really cares about pets!
