Pet

Staff here are really nice and personable. Always saying hello when I enter and ask detailed questions about my pet. Product selection is wonderful

Extremely friendly staff. Will order whatever u need if they don't have it in stock. 2 sweet little kittens.

*** BE AWARE *** with how you communicate. Trimming means shaving here so I really don't want anyone to have to go through the same mistake. When I called after the haircut to ask they claim to have 30 years of experience and trimming means shaving. I called only to inform him that Pomeranians hair should never be cut that short - I don't even care about the money or refund. I really don't want this to happen to anyone else so PLEASE BE SPECIFIC OF WHAT YOU WANT. The second mistake was not looking at the reviews and according to the last review, it has been the same problem various times. A Pomeranian fur SHOULD NEVER, NEVER be cut that short -- it could cause health issues and the risk of the fur may not grow back. I absolutely will never come back here. Beyond disappointed. There are additional reviews on google - check that out before making your decision.

Too bad you don't list a phone number. Lost a potential client here.

took our dogs for a summer cut. we were extremely happy and grateful for the awesome services provided :) we will be a repeat customer for sure.. just look at those smiling faces, thanks lisa

Panda looks forward to her grooming. She doesn't shy away when seeing Megan and that's the main thing with me...that she feels comfortable 💖

This is a amazing place to bring your babies for the full treatment.. Maggie was amazing with my two dogs..

Comprehensive service, no BS, no gimmick.Owners take lots of pride in making sure customers will be successful and wont sell uneeded products like other shops.

Anytime I have needed suggestions for our cats, they quickly point me in the right direction. Kat and Meg are real assets to the store and we appreciate their service. Very organized and smaller than some of the other pet stores I have gone to in the past. I can always find exactly what I am looking for and then some! Great selection of treats and food. I've always found the employees at this store to be friendly, extremely knowledgable, and easy to communicate with. They are eager to assist you with whatever you need, even if that means having a longer than expected conversation:) They are very intentional with their words and the information that they share with you, treating your pet as though they were their own! I also love that they do not sell live animals in their store. Will definitely be making this store our number one stop for pet supplies.

Love this pet store. Wish they carried horn worms and authority dog food but other than that great prices

I used to bring my Maltese snowball before she passed at 17. He was always kind and gentle with her and gave me great advice. Snowball had suffered a couple of strokes and he treated her as if she was his own

All the name brands plus specialty items. Excellent, friendly staff. Good parking.

Lydia is an amazing groomer.very caring, professional , my golden doodle always looks awesome after being groomed by Lydia.😊

This was my dog's first time being groomed, and I could tell when I came to get him he was a little traumatized (understandable), but I could also see he was more comfortable than I'd expected. His love of the animals is obvious. Nice, fair prices, and not to mention that my buddy left looking nice, clean and fluffy. Will definitely be returning.

We adopted a little angel yesterday. The 11 week old kitten is a very welcome addition to our home. I don't know where to begin in describing the amazing level of care the Campbell River SPCA offers its animals and their adopting families. First and foremost, the staff is amazing! Lorraine was so kind and professional plus you can tell she truely loves each and every animal under her care. And the facility is absolutely spotless! Every aspect from the office to the animal kennels is spectacularly clean and neat. Every animal we saw was clean and housed in roomy kennels with clean litter, abundant food and clean water plus each had numerous toys and soft blankets. Surprisingly, the whole facility was air conditioned even the rooms in which the animals are housed. The whole experience left us in awe of the dedication this place takes in ensuring the best for their animals. Without a doubt, the BEST animal care we've ever seen and we are older folks who have adopted pets for years. A++
