I had no hot water in my shower off and on for months, Monday am no hot water. I did a search for plumbers and A.D. Plumbing was recommended. Chris showed up at the time that was quoted when the appointment was set up. Chris was very helpful explained the problem and even showed me how to fix it if a similar problem occurs again. Prices were very reasonable. I will surely be using Chris again.

Took two days to snake a drain after words the bathroom floor has water under the flooring and the pipe is still clogged he took two days to get his snake unstuck and charged 379 when other places are 100 and in the end i still don't have a working bathroom i have the same issue with a flooring problem now

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Had a worst case scenario (collapsed sewer main) and these guys were absolute rockstars in getting it repaired. Winston and his crew were very conscientious about getting the job done affordably, and went out of their way to make sure that it was done right.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom. My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times. When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was "not covered under our warranty," yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double. Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house? Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.
