Billy was great & did a great job unclogging my main line. It took approx. 10mins.

We came home from a family dinner late and found allnof our toilets and shower were back in up. We called and very quickly Louis Geoghean from The Plumbing Factory called us right back. He set up a quick fix and was at our house first thing early the next morning. He was on time, incredibly kind, great with all the kids and dog. He explained everything he was doing. He didn’t do a “quick fix” he showed me how the previous plumber didn’t do the whole job. It was obvious. I would love to have him come fix our next problem. Called Mel Sartain about a Saturday morning clogged kitchen sink (after my futile efforts with a hand snake). He came over promptly, gave us a fair quote up front, and completed the drain cleaning thoroughly and swiftly. A high level of courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend Sartain Plumbing.

They are the best in town. I had water in my basement from a leaking pipe which I could not find on my own. Plus there was this bad smell and that's when I called him on the 21st of Feb and he was at my house is 20 mins to find the problem which was my sewer line clogged so we did the snake and got it unclogged but there was still water going in the basement that's when I called again. Then he came back again on the 22nd of Feb and he got all the water out of my basement and then went under the house and found the problem then fix all the leaking problems and my shower head was leaking. His team is good and work hard. He takes his time to make sure it's done right and fixed the first time. We had a big problem and he worked with me and helped me get it fixed. I thank him and his team for doing this kind of work cuz this is not an easy job or a fun job. I would recommend him to anybody. I like that he is 24hr open. He is always affordable. Thank you again for fixing my problems.

Bottom line: I highly recommend Luigi Crisa Plumbing and will only use his services. Now the story. Had a problem at 5:30pm and thought because it was after hours that he would not be available or if he was available that it would be very expensive. I was completely wrong. He was on his way home and said it was no problem to come to my home. He arrived within minutes of his promised arrival time. He fixed the problem quickly and told me how it would reoccur again and how I could avoid the problem. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything. I felt like he was informing me so I could understand why the problem happened and how I could avoid it in the future. He said my pipes under the house were put on incorrect. Guess what? He was right. After he left, I checked the pipes. He said there was a place that catches paper etc and prone to clogging. I easily found it, google it, and confirmed his assessment. His rates were very reasonable. I felt like I should have paid him more since my reduced stress and worry is worth alot! He had professional behavior, super clean, honest, and as bonus he was really nice! This was my third experience with his company and I can honestly say that all three experiences resulted in happiness from his excellent services.
