This is my preferred shop. The employees are super friendly and easy to work with.

Knowledgeable friendly

Awesome and knowledgeable staff at the counter, very helpful and they always answer the phone which is very important, even if they are slammed with clients they still find a way to help.

We recently attended your store in Richmond regarding our Delta kitchen faucet which had stopped working, I must compliment your employee who went above and beyond to help us ! Navneet Bhinder was not just helpful, she offered to contact Delta Faucets on our behalf and they supplied new parts at no cost to us !! The parts were sent promptly to your store and Navneet then called us with the good news. We were very impressed ! We will most certainly be dealing with your store in the future.........as we intend an extensive upgrade in our home ! A big Thank You to Navneet...!!

Called Bobby on a Saturday. He agreed to squeeze me in between two other calls. I had a few issues including a clogged floor drain, leaking washing machine and a slow draining shower drain. He came in, busted butt for 45 minutes straight, taught me a thing or two about my own house, fixed ALL of my issues and charged me $20 less than he quoted over the phone. Super awesome guy, right? It gets better... My wife gets home later that day and sees the Bobby T's shopping bag he left behind and said, 'Oh you met Bobby T, huh?" I wondered how my wife knew who Bobby T was. Then she reminded me that the winter before, she had got her van stuck on a snowy night while I was out of town. Bobby T happened to be driving by. He stopped, again busted his butt, got my wife unstuck and absolutely refused to take a payment. We're big fans of Bobby T the plumber and Bobby T the guy.

Fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. What more can a customer ask for. Thanks Concept!

Good prices and service. High end plumbing fixtures.

I set-up an appointment for this company to come to my house for an easy repair. I took time off work so I could be home for the appointment. They never showed up. I phoned and left a message asking if they planned to come out and never heard back.
