Used them a few times for emergencies. Scheduled a new toilet installation and received ugly toilet. Neither party confirmed model number in writing so blame attaches to both of us. However Muro refuses to reach any compromise on issue so I’m having to pay over &500 for an ugly toilet. Plumbers are decent but customer support doesn’t extend very far or very fair. Won’t be using them again

Stanton Mechanical was over today to remove/replace a water heater, condensate pump and install a back stop valve in the floor drain.
They did a great job and I wouldn't even have known they were in the house to do the work. Clean up was awesome. There was absolutely nothing (mess wise) left behind when I got home. Everything was installed timely and done beyond my satisfaction.
