Plumbing

I have had Brian’s guys out to fix work done in our furnace that another company messed up, repair our water pressure valve then replace it again under warranty, and service our broken furnace. This last time they serviced our hot water heater and the plumber left in a bit of a hurry and neglected to light the pilot light, so Brian himself skipped his dinner and came over to light it himself - and did not issue me an invoice for any of the work until a few days later when we were sure that the problem had been fully addressed. From experience, I have never been caught unaware of unexpected or high costs; the repair costs have all been fair. Moreover, they could have upsild me in a replacement tank, but chose not to.

HPH Plumbing was contracted to do a plumbing job for us in November 2015. Geoff Hall had done work for us previously and his work had been satisfactory. With this job, however, we were very unhappy with the outcome. On the day of the job, most of the work was completed, and Mr. Hall agreed to come back and finish his work within a few weeks. Based on this, I wrote him a cheque for the agreed price. That was a mistake. After many attempts over 4 weeks, I finally reached Mr. Hall on the phone, and he agreed to come and finish the job. He never showed up. I cannot recommend Mr. Hall of HPH Plumbing. I was forced to make alternate arrangements to complete the job, and what was a reasonable price became a messy situation for us.

Very professional and detailed oriented. Highly recommend.

If you’re in a crisis…. Rick is a Knight in Plumbing Armour. This man gets your work done…with class. He knows who to enlist (has the most amazing crew on hand) Simon (elite professional workmanship and doesn’t stop until the job is done) Hung (eager to do tackle any emergency) Rick even sent out his top plumber on a moments notice (sorry can’t recall his name but he understood the assignment very quickly) These people are your people if you need help. My house is not a mansion but it is our home and they treated us like we mattered. Very grateful.

Excellent customer service. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Great service! We're very happy with the high quality service and will definitely recommend Langley Plumbing & Heating to all our friends and family.

After a bad experience with a different plumber (the one recommended by strata) who left me with a $600 bill and and an incomplete job, I called Riverside. Matt arrived and fixed the issue quickly with a little ingenuity and left me with a fair invoice. We use trades a fair bit and finding a good, reliable one is difficult. I will certainly call these guys again the next time I need a plumber.

I highly recommend PWP for your plumbing needs. I was so worried wondering who i should choose to do the plumbing job due to another company that overcharged me for a small job. PWP was very prompt, in fact called back to see if they could come earlier :) I found him to be very honest, polite and knowledgeable. The job was done in a very timely manner. I was so pleased for the very fair charge unlike my last experience with the other company. Again i highly recommend this company. Continue the good work Pacific Western Plumbing. :) :)

We recently had some issues with our existing plumbing leaking. We had Poly-B piping throughout our entire home and it was definitely time to get it all replaced after one insurance claim. We called around and got a few quotes which were wide and varied in cost. When we met with Justin we were impressed with his approach, the information he provided and his general demeanor. When time came to choose a plumber there wasn't any other choice. Justin and his team did a top notch job at redoing our entire home with minimum disruption to our daily requirements. We are exceptionally happy with the work they did, how they were in our home and the final results! We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to work with for their plumbing needs.

workers are fast and have lots of knowledge to get the job done right. big or small they can do it all. I've used them time and time again and always reliable, fast, and prices are very reasonable.

I have know and dealt with Jim & Logan of North Okanagan Plumbing and Heating for many years. Great guys, Great service, professional workmanship and very conscientious. Highly Recommended

Awesome quick service..reasonable rates...knows his trade and is fast to find and fix the problem

Fifth Generation Plumbing was there for us in time of need. This service is invaluable. I was experiencing a plumbing issue. Kalem was available on a Saturday at 10:30 pm. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. I would recommend Kalem at Fifth Generation Plumbing over any other plumbing company. Thanks, Kalem, Doreen

Terrible does not do work up to code. Will cause hot water tanks to fail early! Can cause serious injury and may not have coverage from insurance. Would give negative stars of I could. We now have video of Ken and his Van dumping garbage in our yard. So illegal dumping and trespassing to add to his list of expected things he does.

I needed a plumber right away and the service was excellent! Prices are fair. Thank you Darin's Plumbing

Great service! I had a plumbing disaster when everything was being flooded a few months ago and not only did they come and fix everything but they were also very courteous and polite! I'm never going anywhere else ever again! :)
