My drains were slow. To access the tub it meant cutting thru lathe and plaster. Not a fun repair.

I called Gord to help us with hooking up water to our new fridge. Brent came that night to give us a quote. My husband and I had previously purchased faucets but didn’t get to installing them. We also had been discussing new toilets for our two bathrooms. Brent gave me a quote for all that was very reasonable. There were no balancing dampers installed in the duct system.... Anywhere. There should be 30+ included the 3 in the actual duct work. System cannot be air balanced as per the duct design. I would not pass this installation.
