Plumbing

Great service and great people

I recently had a hot water tank replaced, they removed my energy efficient one , and installed one that is not energy efficient, and now want 1100 hundred dollars, They did good work, fast and friendly, but they are behind the times, and overpriced, update, well got my gas bill and it went up, twice I tried to resolve this issue and they just ignored me, they made no effort what so ever, just keep sending me a bill, I would say stay away from these guys, if you have an issue, they will not help you.

I own a revenue building in Vernon BC. I usually go through my Plumber to order from Emco. I needed a toilet tank Lid for one on the suites that was broke. Emco requested the numbers stamped on the tank. I emailed the numbers to them and was told on the phone it would take a month to get there on a stock order. I'm okay with that, as long as its coming. Well 5 months later many, many phone calls. Sending the tank numbers two more time's, its finally here. No apologies, just come and get it. If I could have ordered it online myself I would have and cut them out of the deal. Very, very poor customer service If your a plumber with and account they will take care of you. Private people are treated much different.

Best place in town for plumbing parts, fixtures, and acessories.

Extremely reliable service. Have used Brown's plumbing for years with no issues. Find them very dependable.

They provide Fast and excellent service. Dave H was super helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Made me wait an entire long weekend, on the pretense he was giving me a quote to fix my emergency situation. Didn't answer my repeated calls until Tuesday afternoon, and was extremely rude and said he refuses to give me a quote and to find someone else. If he would have told me that on Friday, I could have been working on it with other more capable plumbers. Extremely poor customer service and communication.

They did a great job replacing my water heater, on time, at their quoted price, and cleaned up afterwards!

My first thought was to say..... Stay away from this guy, he was the one we hired and he went on vacation and sent 2 idiots into my home.. The one guy he fired when he got back.. but warren never came back to repair the mistakes.. He said I still owed him money, but after 2 years has not once asked for it.. he only said I owed him when I asked about him coming to fix mistakes. His HVAC guy didn't seal the seams in the venting, and when I asked him if he was going to.. he told me it was unnecessary as air only went in one direction... Warren did correct that when I told him of that exchange... but I have to undo some of the plumbing work... and I don't have any of the paperwork on my air handlers.. and I am not even sure if they were ever registered for the warranty. I would have done it if given the material.. but since he was always on vacation, I was not able to get that.. EDIT and UPDATE. I have spoken to Warren and he says I have full warranty. I will be bringing him back if he wants the job of completion, as he says it will be him and not a lackey.. So I will re-evaluate him on his work. The air handlers seem to work well... but we have barely used them. So at his time the work has not been done by Warren personally. SO I will update this post in a few weeks after we have the install in and a few months of the units working.

Went to Salmon Arm location Sat Dec 16. At least 3 staff working at counter but was basically ignored. Waited at least 10 minutes to be served and ended up walking out. Won't be going back.

Just got the name off Google, and Ryan showed up the next day. Had it fixed in an hour. Polite professional, and even added a little feature so I can solve issues, on my own if need be, but my guess is I wont be having any. Very impressed.

I just had Bryan replace a pair of hot water heaters for me at Silver Star, and couldn't be happier with the service. He was completely professional, on time, and neat as could be, leaving the rooms tidy and clean. And the pricing was the best of the four plumbers I called! I'd highly recommend Broco :)

Hot water line burst in the winter months. Phone and told them I needed the water shut off. Sent their plumber, shows up with his wife and no tools. My son had to wade threw the water and turn it off. They charged me $ 200 for a call out. I phoned and talked to Amanda about the bill and she said she spoke to John and he lied and said he turned the water off. He admitted to his lie once I reminded him of the video being recorded. I was still charged as he said he supervised my son. The bill states that he fixed the leak in the main which is a complete and utter fabrication as the main did not burst, it was the hot water line upstairs under the kitchen sink. The owner would nit return my call and John thought it was funny. Amanda the shifty rep had the nerve to tell me I was being charged for the call put because John was having a lovely dinner with his wife and I disrupted it. Now who goes to a call out to shut the main off or fix a burst line with no tools. They are Aslan plumbing now wearing new clothing 24/7 because of their horrible customer service.

Fadt courteous service

Aiden(?) put a great deal of effort into solving our stubborn drain problem. He was more than helpful in explaining what he needed to do and then did it successfully.

I found the store to be completely unorganized. Every deal that I needed from the flier was really hard to find or they didn't have, and if they had it was way on the top shelf that was impossible to get at. (You would think they would have their weekly deals in the center isles like every other store!) We walked around the store for about 20 minutes before we were asked if we needed any help, and it was not due to lack of employees. Lots of employees doing nothing, Will not shop there again.
