Called for an emergency leak...they arrived promptly, were polite and left the area clean, even though it was a nasty dirty job. Shower drain still leaking, they came back and wanted to put a bigger trap in. But that would mean cutting into the joists overhead. I didn't want that, so they put adhesive around the trap, and it's leaking just as much. Sorry, searching for another plumber now. They also sent me a bill for $400.00

I had an emergency problem with our Sewer line backing up on New Years Day. Roto -Rooter was a temendous surprise to deal with and we were very pleased. I live in an old house in the Village of Williamsville and Scott arrived promptly when they said he would . He was kind, respectful, professional and spent a very long time explaining everything to me, giving me the price up front and then set about in very cold outdoor weather on a holiday weekend fixing our emergency problem. He spent 4X the amount of time ( at least 90 minutes ) that any other plumber had spent at our home and was kind and considerate the entire time. I loved the way he was focused and intent on helping us. I would not hesitate to call again , to recommend Roto- Rooter to my friends and neighbors and to utilize them for my plumbing needs even when it is not an emergency ! I have already shredded my grouchy and difficult now former so called plumber's contact information and will be happy and confident to call Roto Rooter again with any plumbing issue ! I I also loved that the work is guaranteed for 6 months and that there will be a follow up free visit tomorrow taht Scott scheduled with me before he left ! I am very grateful for the kind and professional help that Scott gave to us today !
