On of the unit heaters in my shop (Woodside Tire) stopped working so I called Conestogo Mechanical to have a look. I was prepared to replace the unit but the repaired it for much less than a new one. A few weeks later the water heater in my house started only providing warm water. I called Conestogo and told them that I needed a new water heater. The set a tech over and he diagnosed that it needed a mixing valve replaced. They fixed it the next day and we now have lots of hot water. They could have replaced my unit heater and water heater , and I would have not thought a thing of it. These guys are friendly honest and efficient . I would recomend them to anyone. I needed an odd part. They didn't have it - but they sure tried!!

Scott installed our water softener the day we moved in to our new house. He had come recommend by a few people at my work. He was excellent, fast and fair priced. Scott even helped by providing the hose and small brass piece required to hook up my fridge waterline that I was installing myself at the time.

Had slow hot water leak in the shower faucet. Charged $800 and left the building with no hot water for a week and a large hole in the wall. Best part is the hot and cold water run simultaneously whenever the shower is on now. Worst plumber ever, I will never use them again.

Anything plumbing you need

We had an issue with our well pump and I searched online and came across Joe Thebaud Plumbing. Any time I need a plumber I usually cringe because of past experiences with, ahem, "other" companies around Fort Erie. This time was completely different. Joe came out the day after I called him to asses the issue (which was a blocked well pump and a few replacement parts needed) and was able to have it back together and running perfectly. As the pump had to be completely taken out the total time was about 4 hours. The final price was completely reasonable and after a month of use has been better than the day it was installed (getting consistent 40 PSI on a well is great by the way) Joe himself was very kind and knowledgeable and I would certainly use him again!

Went in looking for a decent toilet that wasn't too expensive. The salesman we had was great and pointed out a few models that fit what we wanted and told us the pros and cons of each...who knew to avoid roughness under a toilet rim. Apparently it's harder to clean, which makes sense, and so it can cause more stains. We bought the one he suggested (it wasn't the most expensive option) and havent had a single problem with it after a year. No stains, clogs, or running water ;)

This is NOT a family business! It's "owned by a company in Texas". We simply wanted a quote to run some water lines and drains for a small bathroom and after 3 day waiting for a call back called again. This time be were able to book an appointment for which I booked time off work. Nobody showed up, no call or apology. Called myself and rescheduled and this time someone showed up to do and estimate but it wasn't a plumber. The guy tool some pictures and said they would email a quote. That quote never came.....i wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
