Had the guys make up a custom plenum for a furnace retrofit from some admittedly crude drawings I made. Thing fit perfectly, not a gap anywhere. Nice and square and they did it for a fair price in a lot less time than I figured.

I have to say thank you to all that came and helped with my furnace . I called them and they came out right away . Very pleasant people to talk to .

I had a great experience with IPS. They are oriented towards making sure their customers are well-treated. Plus, they have Rod Beckwith!

This plumbing company will charge you for things that are not wrong in your home. They had replaced a toilet and flange for me, which they said this was the main cause. It was not, and they had to come back out and make a repair on something completely different. Instead of owning up to the fact that I told them the toilet was 1 year old and it was not the case they insisted on still charging me over $800 to install that toilet. Although it was their fault they did not check for the leak as soon as they put the toilet back they said "work is work" and I will be billed for it. There are better companies out there to choose from. I would not choose them! They are not honest in what they say they will be doing.

Jacob West is the most knowledgeable Heating Professional on the market. His partner Jose Rosales also added tremendous value during our inspection appointment. They explained in full detail how our furnace, AC and tankless water heater worked. They inspected every inch of each unit and provided a detailed write up. Jacob and Jose also offered us an affordable solution to how to get more heat in our furnished basement. We are so happy with the inspection service that was provided by My Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric.

Nate is amazing! So grateful for his advice and work ethic. He is thorough, efficient, and does a fantastic job. He installed a water heater for us a few months ago, and just today came out and cleared up a clogged sink. I recommend him to everyone who needs work done. He is very kind as well.

I called and not even an hour later they were here.Dave came out and replaced a faucet that was beyond stuck on and new stops (one was so bad we had the water shut off in the house)! Honest and fair! Greg from Flow Rite came to check our water heater. After some discussion about what could be causing our issue we decided to just replace the water heater. During the process of removing the old heater he noticed the water was still filling even though he turned off the water. He asked us about our faucets and I explained that we were in the process of remodeling our master bath. He checked the faucets and found that the plumbers who installed it did not put the cartridge in the new faucet. Long story short Greg saved us $1500.00 and I know who I will be calling when I do have to replace the water heater! Thanks Greg and Flow Rite!

Locally owned company good service fair prices

I am impressed by John's Plumbing & Pumps wonderful customer service, plumbing service, and promptness. Every step of the way from getting a quote to the completion of fixing several plumbing issues we were having was easeful. Their pricing was also very competitive but the big reason I will use John's Plumbing & Pumps in the future was that they obviously care about being friendly, locally owned, AND professional. Two thumbs up!

Our Pressure Tank stopped working properly! We had the pleasure of having Steve and Oakley come to our home to remove the disfunctional pressure tank and replace the old pressure tank with a new one. The snow was so deep that Steve and Oakley had to lift out the old Tank full of water over the gates - and Bring the new Tank in by going over the gate again. Steve and Oakley did all of this in good humor! Pleasant - Friendly - knowledgable! It was an absolute pleasure to have these two young men to do the job. I am Thankful! I would refer anyone who need two young men who came when we called them and not only did they did a fantastic job they did it in a very professional manner and with humour!
