I had my hot water tank blow up in the middle of the night and flood my basement. I gave Rather Be plumbing a call along with a couple other companies they were the most reasonable price I could get after hours.They installed a new tank and removed the water in the basement.

If Ryan was the owner of this company they would have gotten 5 stars. Ryan was quick, friendly and cleaned up the mess with a cloth. Since I had a bad experience trying to make the appt. I dont reccomend this company. Was told to take my business elsewhere when trying to tell him he failed 2 times to call me to come by. Tired to say I was wrong. When he doubled checked his paper work he seen he was incorrect. I couldn't take my business elsewhere as it is what our housing uses when plumbing is needed. I am pretty sure I didnt speak with Ryan on the phone when booking.

I called in January 5th regarding servicing of my gas fireplace. The person answered and said he would be coming the next week, but did not book a time or day with me. Very strange way to do business. Needless to say they never even called or any type follow up. I called Bridgeman plumbing and heating, and the gentleman came the next day and remedied my problem. I definitely would not recommend these guys.

They wanted to charge $380 to snake a 60 ft drain, saying it was an hours work. This was not an after hours or short notice call out. We had another company come and do the work (larger company with anA+ BBB rating) for literally half the cost. This was in line with what we had paid before. They were courteous and showed up on time, but absolutely overcharge for the service provided.
