Plumbing

They came on time today.to instal my new kitchen faucet. Plumber was very friendly and efficient

Fast! Reliable! Good service and fair priced. We had an emergency on a sunday night and I am so glad we called this place. Other places quoted more and were not sure if they could make it that evening. Would definitely use again if needed.

Don't sigh paper after they finish the work right away. Wait for someday to make sure the work done is properly and everything is working, otherwise, if there is problem, they can say "fully authorized to preform the work" ....." and "request immediate payment." Make sure they write down warranty for labor and parts, so you will not be painfully regret it. I signed the paper work after they said the problem is fixed. My boiler has banging noise. First time they came, I paid $226, didn't fix. They recommended additional $1,287 work for second time. After second time work, the noise is still there and not fixed, same noise. Now they say, their "technicians acted in good faith based" , no guarantee. They had service manage came to my home heard the noise and exam-ed the heating system and recommended the works in email copied their service department on it. Now, they say that "sound we have never herd,". Just because that person has left after this work? When I am asking about labor and parts warranty, no response at all. The loud bang noise back when day and night when the heating is running. File complain with BBB. Take them to court as well. "We have labour and materials costs associated to this service call which we can not absorb. We are trying to fix a problem which we have never observed. Our technicians acted in good faith based on the information you provided to attempt to resolve the problem your describing in the most efficient and cost effective manor possible and we can not guarantee the elimination of a sound we have never herd, for all we know the sound your hearing late at night could be completely unrelated to the mechanical system. We made the most logical attempt to resolve the issue you described and proceeded with the work per your authorization and we will need to be compensated for the work you authorized." My wife and me were woke up several times by the noise, Synergy said 8 months ago "The spirovent will take time to correct the noise and air issue in the system" Their work with install of the spirovent never correct the noise and air issue in the system. For over 8 months, we have been waiting the The spirovent to correct the noise and air issue in the system. The noise has been keep wake up us during mid of night, interrupt our sleeping and affect our health and normal life. We take them to court.

TJ and crew (Joseph, Morgan and others) did a great job replacing our perimeter drain. He kept us informed daily of the work progress and finished the job on time. Many extra requests were done with no complaints from the crew. Most importantly he kept our neighbors happy throughout the work, even though one neighbor was a bit frustrated seeing dirt piling up against their house. No damage was done and TJ did a little extra landscaping to make them happy, which make our life easier as well. The experience was almost stress free and would highly recommend.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic service and an excellent experience

We recently had Milani install an (expensive) HVAC system with high-efficiency furnace and heat pump. We have an old house with the accompanying tight fit challenges. They did a great job, and their professionalism and courtesy was notable. But they went over and above in customer service. We had an issue with the thermostat and they not only fixed it promptly they gave us an upgrade. And then because the FortisBC rebate term had ended Raj from Milani walked the rebate through Fortis and we promptly got it. I would HIGHLY recommend Milani to anyone.

I used Lew Plumbing to re-pipe my entire house and water service to replace existing Poly B pipe which had leaked twice. The workmanship and attention to detail was impressive and the work was completed quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and offered pratical solutions. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing or heating issues.

Very happy with the excellent service from Paul and Joey. They are very professional and did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation and fixing my hot water heater - I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to be served by Farid. He was very meticulous and great to deal with and explain what was done. Really happy about service for my Furnace, A/C and vent cleaning.

Had a bad plumbing issue Saturday, we called K.Cs they came out quickly, they were awesome and professional , the tech was super nice and tidy and fixed our problem right away, there rates are very reasonable also, We would for sure recommend them to all that are having plumbing issues.

Knowledgeable and courteous

One of the best experiences I have had in a while. Reliable and caring staff with even better products. Cannot wait for my next project!

My experience with Clearly Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Their receptionist was so polite and understanding of my situation. A plumber showed up quicker than any other company that I had called before to help me out. After he was done, he showed me pictures and explained what the problem was and why it happened. A white collar company providing a Black Tie level of customer service.

These guys are the awesome. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the technician performing the repairs. Highly recommend.

As a 20 year customer, I know I can count on Lambert plumbing for reliable, quality service. The last servicing a few weeks ago by Nick was outstanding. Will definitely continue to recommend this business to family and friends.

We have used Taproots Plumbing & Heating since 2010 for all of our plumbing and heating needs. With several rental properties to take care of, it seems like we are always needing something fixed. Most recently our furnace packed it in and we needed emergency furnace service. We had a new furnace installed within 24 hours and the bill was as quoted. We would recommend Taproots for anything plumbing or furnace related in Metro Vancouver.
