Had a problem with a bath tub drain leak in a rental property, after being stiffed by two Plumbers, one from Cheektowaga and another based in Lancaster, Vogel Plumbing came right out and fixed it the next day. In and out, beautiful job. they're a great company. Highly recommend, they took the apt and did what they said they were going to do.

Allowing people to sell animals that are being mistreated in front of your store should embarrass you enough to close your doors.

Very pleased with their service. Technician arrived within an hour of calling, gave multiple options, and was very efficient in rectifying the problem. Price wasn't outrageous either.

Larry knows what he is doing. We have had him repair several plumbing issues over the years (clogged drain, install new dishwasher, add shut off valves, etc.) and he always fixes it right the first time. Professional and courteous from scheduling the service call to clean up.

Everything went perfectly. Punctual- Cellino Plumbing has given us a window of time which they could fit us in. In this window of time we were called and given nearly the exact time the technician would arrive. Professional- From the minute Cellino Plumbing arrived I knew I was dealing with professionals. The truck was clearly marked. The technician was wearing a uniform and was neat and tidy, yet his uniform showed he had been working prior to arrival which should be expected. He took the time for me to explain and show him what I was looking to have done. He removed his overshoes each time he entered our home.I didn’t see him on a phone the entire time he was working at our home. He was completely concentrating on our project and nothing else. Prepared- our job was a simple install, but it is worth saying Cellino Plumbing was 100% prepared when they arrived. From almost an instant estimate once job was evaluated to taking final credit card payment once job was complete. The technician had everything he needed to complete our project with him inside his truck. Pride- when the job was complete and after asking, Cellino Plumbing left a sign in our lawn. Later in the day we were called by Cellino Plumbing to make sure everything went as we were expected. I think this shows pride in thier work. Cost- Well, I usually preform all of my own work on my own home. I have nothing to compare cost with. I did feel our project was expensive but I will certainly call Cellino Plumbing for any plumbing project I have in the future. I am a contractor and I know the cost associated with just getting to the job. I can’t imagine what equipment is inside the technicians truck. It must be prepared to walk in to any and all types of situations. Worth Mentioning- We have 2 dogs. The technician took a minute to meet the dogs and then went about his work. Always paying attention to not letting them get outside. A lot can be learned from a professional company like Cellino Plumbing. I am impressed
