Plumbing

I called to schedule a service call for my AC at 9am and they were here by noon. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and unobtrusive. Solved the problem by replacing a defective electrical component on the blower and now we have cold air again. Very satisfied, highly recommended, will call them again.

Ryan did an excellent job. Found where the water leak was and sealed it

They didn't just fix the problem, they offered great solutions to avoid future problems. I have never met a plumber that put so much care into his work. I contacted Burnett Plumbing again to install a new water softener. The water quality is excellent and I have an app on my phone that sends me water usage stats and notifies me when salt is low.

Horrible service. Mike was very rude and even hung up on me to call back

Was charged a double trip charge. When I asked about the charge the company denied the charges and tried to Justify them.

They fit us in right away and very professional and they fixed our faucet without needing to replace it. We will call them again in the future.

Great plumbing company.

Ackerman Plumbing does excellent work and we have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. They are very easy to work with and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Nice, honest people. Fair prices. Good service.

Very professional and clean. Had a tough clogged drain involving 3 sinks. John was able to clear with some persistence. Will definately call again.

Great service! Bob replaced a valve for me, checked over the rest of the toilet and checked for any damage the water may have caused. I recommend him highly for his thoroughness, friendly personality, quick resolution to the problem and fast response to a call.

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

Sure is a pleasure dealing with people who still appreciate the values of customer service. Thank you Katie & Adam. Recommendations all around.

Revised: Previous note - Much thanks to Tom, "Mike" and Paul at Precision! In this case, "Mike" was listed incorrectly. Much Thanks, Chris S, who handled my call after Tom. Chris choreographed Paul's visit seamlessly, and called to tell me when Paul would arrive. Top-notch service, Chris! Timing was a miracle all around! You guys saved the day, literally! Paul's 'on-time' response and 'emergency' repair turnaround was nothing short of amazing in all respects! Great guy, great finished product, enjoyed the visit! Very happy with Precision superlative service and instillation team, and definitely recommend them to anyone with Plumbing, Heating and Cooling needs! Tom, Chris and Paul - You guys are GREAT! Thanks, again...... RS

Excellent and exceeded expectations. Plumber was professional and thorough while troubleshooting the problem. In addition, he made sure to clean up when completed with the work. Highly recommend the services provided by John Baethke & Son Plumbing.

We had a leaking drain pipe running from the sink over our radon reduction system. Called Dan and he sent out Brett the following morning to get it fixed. They replaced the leaking section of the pipe and explained how to avoid any issues in the future. Very prompt, affordable and easy to communicate with prior to and following the job.

Great place with the best service & the guys who come out are very personable. They tell you who is coming ahead of time. I have had them repair water heater, replace broken outdoor spigot, service a/c & furnace, repair leaking pipe and today they replaced my garbage disposal. Fast response, Always on time & explain everything well. We are pleased with them and they do EVERYTHING!
