Excellent service and great staff. I get to come out her just about every other month. The service is 1st class all the way.

Not equip to deal with mental illness. Extremely unhelpful when it comes to panic attacks and staff simply makes it worse.

Deepdish pjzza is delicious. Love the Antipasta salads and italian dressing is the best around. Jey bread is good too even if it is just a round with cheese cut in strips. Slices are a great deal and super big and satisfying.

The cosy airport with lots to do inside and outside security. There are restaurants and bars both outside and inside security, there’s also an Apple I store inside security in case you forgot anything. Parking is easy drop off the kids and the staff are generally friendly

Once again, our flight got cancelled a few hours beforehand because it wasn't full enough to their liking, which means that tomorrow's flight is going to packed. Their service went downhill in the last few years and at this point, you might just as well fly WestJet and pay less for the same service. Also, I know it may seem petty, but for the price of the ticket, we shouldn't be subjected to ads on the PA system or on the entertainment system. We fly Montreal-London 2 or 3 times a year and we are going back to British Airways, the price difference isn't that high but they're worlds apart when it comes to customer service. For interior flights, I can't wait for cheap airlines to start flying in Canada this year.

Our flights were cancelled to and from our destination. American Airlines was less than helpful in (a) getting us there (b) getting us back (c) locating our luggage and (d) providing any type of explanation. We were stranded in Philadelphia, then Montreal. Lord only knows where our luggage is. We haven't been able to talk to an actual person - just a recording or website. Most frustrating.

Flew from here to Vancouver for the first time with a baby. Westjet staff guided us through the boarding process step by step without any issue. They handed us off to each other seamlessly letting us know what the next step was and what the next staff member will ask for or need so we could prepare.

My friend had a flight tonight and to Montreal. He was leaving Buffalo and had to go to Washington Dulles to transfer and go to Montreal. The plane he was taking left Washington Dulles and went to Buffalo before going back to Washington Dulles. The first flight got delayed for almost 2 hours and my friend missed the plane to go at Montreal. He asked to all the staff from United airlines and nobody tried to help him. It's the worst airline company I have ever seen. Doesn't care about their customers. I will never but never go with them and I hope no one will. Very bad experience. Very frustrating. I hope my friend will get a compensation and a hotel room for it.

Very well located. A few minutes walk to the entrance of the airport. Also the price is very good especially when booked at least a week in advance. Also did not charge extra when my flight was delayed for 24 hours. Got a days free parking. Not sure if that is a regular thing but it was a thing for me. You can only save for long term parking. Not useful for a 1 hour to a day parking when it comes to cost.
