Excellent food. I highly recommend trying the Orange Peel Chicken or the House Special Chicken. The staff is very warm and hospitable. I'm in this place at least once a week. The prices are also very fair. Put this all together and you have a one of a kind, delicious Chinese restaurant.

We had the platter appetizer and the fajita family feast and the servings were huge. The food is good especially the fajita that was served sizzling hot. The carnitas is my favorite among the meats. Ambiance is good and the crew were always checking on us so we dont have to call them. Highly recommend for a family dinner

I was surprised after finally visiting this establishment. For the last decade, the restaurants which have come before this one have been very bad and that's an understatement. Monarch really made me regret not coming here sooner and more often. We had four individuals and our total with tax was $60. I believe that the price was fair when you take into consideration the quality of the food, employees, and establishment in general. If I had any complaint, it would be with the lack of spiciness and maybe the portion size. The decorations are abundant but simple to where it all blends seamlessly with each other.
