This is a very clean place a very nice environment everything is beautiful and upgraded it seems to be a brand new store. Employees are exceptional

Love their 4 for $4 meal deals, one of those deals feeds me and my 4 year old. Can't beat that!!!

Their lamb dishes are unmatched anywhere in any resteraunt on the planet!!! Lamb pieces have no fat and the meat falls apart and is just absolutely wonderful! I have been here 4 to 5 times this month and the food is always consistent. My wife and daughters love this resteraunt as well. Best in Jacksonville, honestly, the best in the US.

If your hungry and looking for large portions of great food at a reasonable price, look no further, you found it!

I have had great experiences both times I have been here! The first time, they replaced my sister's meal and offered her a free drink when she spilled hers on her food. The second time the server was attentive without being intrusive, the food was excellent - better quality than places like la nop - portions are a bit small for the price, as expected from a place of this caliber. Thursday's are ladies night for $4 margaritas, and two was plenty! Over all a great experience with a kind server! Good for a date night.

Visit once a month for a sandwich... staff is very friendly and cooperative... bought a cow calendar and receive a one time a month freebie benefit

Wow, this place literally just blew me away with there customer service. Firstly, I went in and the lady who greeted me was very nice and informative. Then from there everyone down the line was smiling and helpful. There was a small mishap with my pizza(forgot to add sauce) not only did they remake the pizza they gave me the pizzas that didn't have the sauce a free pizza card and a drink. All without me having to complain about my time or anything. They acknowledged my time and took full ownership of the entire situation. I'm an easy-going person and it feels good being taken care of without having to make a scene. I'd definitely recommend anyone and everyone come here. Plus they have vegan and gluten free options!!

Get here early, food is so wonderful, that there's always a wait time for a table. Enjoyable atmosphere, even for a busy restaurant, service is nice and friendly. If nothing else, just grab a delicious smoothie.

Awesome awesome awesome I thoroughly enjoyed my $2 tacos which are huge and totally loaded! I LOVED the hot sauce bar and the art work was on point! I am just sad we don't have one near me!

Best burger I've had in a long time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that there's not one where I live. I highly recommend! !!

Good day to all. I will start off by saying this is my first review and in the United States! I am from England. My husband, myself, and a few friends came to visit a friend and experience TPC. We had a lovely time. Last week we were told to have lunch at 3 Palms. A secluded little secret I say in a unusual pocket of gorgeous landscape. We had no reservation. We did not have this planned out. We were greeted by a well dressed beautiful man with the sparkliest of blue eyes. We assumed a manager. The restaurant was terribly busy. I was going to say we should try elsewhere. But this well dressed man had asked us if we would mind waiting a bit at the bar while they get things prepared for us. My husband asked if it was okay since we did not have a reservation. This blue eyed man said we are just as important to him and he will do what he could to accommodate. He then had asked if they can arrange a patio table would that be okay. My husband was says," Certainly!" We sat at the bar for a glass of wine and took in the views. The establishment itself is intimate but open, I bit hard to explain. It over looks a beautiful pond with garden seating.The plates coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely delicious. The day was extremely busy. The manager was all over the place. He did seem understaffed. But he kept his employees going with a smile. He was at the door, behind the bar, taking food, moving tables.... my party was quite impressed! After 25 mins he sat us in the garden. He thanked us for waiting and thanked us for choosing 3 Palms to dine. We were all smitten with this man. Even my husband! I didn't want to bother him he was so terribly busy but we never got his name. The website only shows a Jose as a manager and this was not him. We plan on coming back during Christmas holiday and would love to come back here. We hope to see blue eyed man again. Also, we are curious what a winter menu would look like. Our food was terrific, our server was terrific, and though the day was very busy the day ran smoothly and it was all because of the mystery man with the sparkly blue eyes. The only negative thing I can say is we can not steal him to bring him abroad to have him as the face of our business! I am not joking!

Great Food, and Great service. They treat you like family. "Good family".🤗 When my boyfriend & I come in, our FAVORITE server knows he loves Lemons. She serves him up!He's the LemonMan. Better know as the PNut Man!

Great pizza and fast delivery really nice people - has a really family atmosphere

Went inside to get a take out order and a girl was at the the self service order and did my order for me I was extremely impressed because my experiences with McDonald's in Jacksonville Florida has been poor and my food came hot and quick so I would have to say that this McDonald's is the best I've been to in Florida. If you want crappy service then go to the one on Norwood you'll be waiting 45 minutes for your food and it will be cold and stale

Several years ago there was a location of The Loop in the Publix shopping center in Fleming Island. Their chicken Caesar salad was awesome. The new location is different. I've had the chicken Caesar salad twice and it's not very good at all, especially for the price. Also they had no clean forks available! I don't think I'll be back.

I realize it is McDonald's, but why can't the food look like the picture. Why only one pickle and a tiny amount of ketchup on the side of the bun. The employees got their food before we did, and ordered after us. Horrible service and quality here!
