On 5/21/18 I ordered from the lunch special. I ordered Shrimp Lomien, it literally had 3 shrimp. The tray was half empty , noodles soggy. I also purchased crab ragoons that were full of air. Very bad experience ! First and last time ordering from this restaurant. Oh and it was delivery.😤

Went in with a friend for the lunch buffet, which Ive visited before. I got some peas and rice, cabbage and curry goat. Whilst eating my goat my fork got tangled in some butchers twine. For those of you who may not know, that is the string used to hold meat together when cooking. Requested to see the manager and they kept sending over servers( none of them mine) and even a cashier. Finally the owner came over and she didnt seem apologetic, nor empathetic, simply saying that it happens sometimes. Will never eat here again. Such a shame cause I used to enjoy this place. Ill cook my own string at home from now on

Great food better service and excellent entertainment on ladies night

Brought my daughter's and 2 y/o niece here a little after one on a Monday to eat in. The line was still a little long, but moved pretty fast. It took about 5-7 minutes for our order to be ready and the food was all correct and fresh. The lobby was a bit messy, debris on the floor, unwiped tables, drink area well used but, it was lunch time. Someone did start walking around with a broom and cleaning solution while we were eating though. Not the worst Wendy's I've been to.

It is rare to have such bad service and and management. After ordering and waiting 10 minutes for my order the employees tell me they don't part of my order so I need to change it. When I know the person that was behind me ordered the same thing, was already given their order and left, or should I say was given my order. Then about 2 minutes later they inform me there was no chocolate frosty and would vanilla be ok, well I suppose so since I already paid. It was not ok and I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known. When I went to get a drink from the all in one beverage station it was out of everything but no sign to tell me so, there was a second machine that was not empty so this was fine. Then when I went to leave I had to walk around the store looking for a trash can that didn't have a "no trash" sign on it to throw out my garbage. This was one of the worst Wendy's visits I have ever experienced and it will be a long time before I go back if ever.

Clean and quiet.

Fantastic experience, well worth it and perfect spot for a romantic dinner. In addition the waiting staff is hands down extraordinary, i recommend John for anybody to get the A 1 treatment. John was hands down the best, he even chased us down on our walk before dinner so he could snap pictures of us. I recommend this establishment to everyone!!!!!!

Food and service or great but you can’t even hear yourself think over the loud music! This is the reason I don’t like coming here.

Staff is efficient. Same good Herders food

The food was awesome but their customer service let's just say needs help a lot of help always understaffed been there 3 times and still really understaffed

Can't get enough of this place. I would recommend anything on the menu. Make sure to try out their hot sauce bar to get the full experience.

Clean and friendly.

Out of ALL the Ruby Tuesday's in 757 I love the one on VA BEACH Blvd the best. Mainly because the restaurant 8s always clean and the salad bar is always full. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Their pancakes are excellent. Service was poor, but the mgr comped us. I've been there many times before with good service.

Deborah at Lomans Plaza rocks the house with my wife's sub.

Although it was Mother's Day and the servers were quite busy, we still were met with excellent service. None of our wants were met with scorn, but instead delivered in a timely manner. I enjoyed my food and most of all my mother and family were pleased.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The patio was packed! Had to sit st the bar inside and look at all the folks enjoying the beautiful warm afternoon. Lunch was delish 1/2 Cuban Sandwich and cup of the Black Bean Soup. Inspite of being indoors, I felt like I Was in the islands. Good Food, good drink Good service. I will be back.
