Me and my boyfriend come here at least once a week on our lunch break. I have to say the reason we love this place so much and keep coming back is Ivon. She is so sweet, best customer service!

Ordered from the drive through. Was specific on special order that I was charged extra for. With no other cars ahead, I pulled straight to a "closed window" and after almost 1 minute without any acknowledgement a young lady appeared, giving "no eye contact" while carrying on a conversation with apparent coworker; just voiced an amount I owed. At this point window is now open and my change was given in the same manner that it was taken, but without any receipt. While waiting I heard her inform, who I believe was the one preparing my food, what was special, and then within 10 seconds, I was handed a box. Again "no eye contact", just thanks as she closed the window. I felt sonewhat like a burden in that I interupted her activity. The food was without exception. Nothing as ordered, nothing I paid extra for was applied. I called,, but was met with a voice mail. I am the CEO of a multi State company, and those that are the face, the ones who interact with your customers, must reflect your mission statement. I hope that my experience at this establishment was a fluke and that customer consideration should always be paramount.

Ordered a 40 piece and only received 30 pieces. Called and was told to return for the rest of my order plus a complimentary side item as an apology. I returned to the location and was greeted by a supervisor on the phone so another employee assisted me. I Never received any free side item or an apology... Supervisor was too busy on the phone.

Bomb food. Really happy I tried this place. Workers are nice. Small place but cozy.

This was my first time coming to this place and it definitely didn't disappoint. I found myself with a terrible cold and googled "Caldo de Pollo" and after reading other reviews and looking at photos from other reviewers I decided to give them a shot. I headed there during my lunch hour after I called in my order ahead. The place is small but clean and it wasn't too crowded. I can only speak for what I ate, the side of rice that comes with the soup is flavorful and well seasoned. The tortilla chips were warm and tasted like if they had just been made. The caldo de pollo "chicken and vegetable soup" was very well balanced, the chicken tasted fresh, the vegetables were fresh and cut in large pieces to scoop onto your spoon, it was as if my parents made me soup at home. I highly recommend this restaurant and immediately came into the office and told everyone about it. Needless to say, the caldo de pollo instantly made me feel better!

Great food and service! My family has been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is friendly and energetic, and they treat you like family.

Their portions are more than generous and can be shared or take home leftovers for a second meal. My girlfriend and I ordered pasta and a couple of glasses of wine and the prices were very reasonable.
