Been coming here for years. I decided to try something different. (the dish was horrible btw). I got another dish, and when it was time to get our check, the dish I didn’t eat was on there. The waitress, who was very rude, laughed in my face saying i took a bite out of it so I had to pay for it. I asked for a manager and he said food is non refundable and I have to pay , because that’s what Carl’s Jr. would do ???? Never have I had to pay for a meal that was not satisfactory, especially with a restaurant I attended ONCE A WEEK. Very disappointing. I Will not be putting my Money into this restaurant anymore.

Geez I bought here because it a the only panda express in plaza Bonita mall but I sure won't buy anything from them. They have attitude from taking your order to even asking what type of drink you want. Horrible service

After being seated took 10 min to get a drink and 20 min to get an order. Just ordered 10 wings.... been waiting for 30 min after my order. So I've been sitting here for an hour so far and food still isn't here. Place isn't even full. Maybe only halfway filled so it isn't a surplus of customers. Kind of ridiculous.... last time ever coming here.
Previous encounter I sat at the bar, waited 20 min just to order a beer and it took 10 min for me to get it. Bar wasn't even full. Don't waste your time here. Your better off going to the Hooters near the 8.
Wrote this while review and still waiting for the food. Ill update when I get my food.... haha nevermind I just left money on the table for the sodas and left. Going to reeeed robbin. YUUMMMM

Terrible customer service. Food was so cold it was inedible. I stopped by the next morning, since no one answered the phone. An employee said he spoke to the manager. I would have to return the next day to get my money back. When I stopped by to see the manager. After I explained everything to him, he said "I dont believe you, you are a liar." He would not give me a refund. This is unacceptable customer service, I recommend going to any other jack in the box, skip this location at all costs.

I've been to this location a few times. It's close to home and convenient. The service is okay, the few times I've been there is always the same person, he has dyed hair, I can't remember his name buy he's been there for a while now. Last time I was there it was ten minutes to closing time so I decided to park infront of the restaurant, as soon as he saw me he pointedto someone to lock the door. I was right about to open it when they locked it. I don't think I will be returning to this location.

This place is amazing! They use quality ingredients and have a large menu. I really enjoy the Mexican Scramble and the burgers are delicious. Service is quick and the establishment is very clean.
