i went to this location for the 1st time few days ago, & bought 4 items and ended up with food poisoning after few hours... what caused it, im pretty sure the chicken since all of the items we bought contained chicken meat! Pls clean ur store & make sure all your employees washed their hands & also cover the food properly, people walk in & out could cause the flies flew in with them/the drive thru window.. esp looking at the outside of the restaurant area is very dirty ☹

We went to lunch this past Thursday with our youngest son and had a great time. The taco girl was super friendly. Our waitress Gina was outstanding and sweet and the food was really yummy. We had a great experience and we will be back next week!

It's an amazing place with friendly staff.. we chose buffet n the food was awesome.( Only the rice had become little bit crispy, maybe because they were kept open for a long time, but that's not a big deal) I asked for a salted lemonade, it was not in the menu, but they made a special mint salty lemonade, specially for me. Also nice Hindi songs are played in the background that just gave me the feeling of India.
The service they provide is really good.

Hubby and I both wanted Italian tonight. It's been hard to find a good restaurant since Alfredo's in San Bernardino started dropping quality and raising prices; we couldn't find one that was affordable with great food and good service. We finally found a place we can both agree on with Graziano's! Thank you to the staff for their prompt and friendly service. Thanks also to the chefs for the terrific food... I hate meatballs but stole half of one when hubby wasn't looking, and the pizza and chicken parm were delicious! 😍😊 YUM + ALL THE NOMS.

They remodeled the inside, so it looks nice. The staff was very friendly and prompt to offer refills. They did get one part of our parties order wrong, but they were very busy at the time and it was a replacement of what normally comes with the meal, so understandable. The server was very good with offering options and telling us about the specials, which I always appreciate.

**Reservations a MUST for large groups** Went with a group for a birthday party. We were able to get seating in a general area that allowed our group to be together even though we did not have reservations. We ended up in 3 booths next to each other. Server was excellent! She kept our orders correct, was pleasant and polite even to the difficult ones, and the service was always prompt. They even allowed us to have our own cake sheet we brought served for the birthday boys.

This place used to be okay and now it is just a big NO. Beyond ghetto beyond dirty and beyond kid friendly. Most people in here were crack head adults and I swear I didn't see any kids with them. The staff were none existent. Most of the games aren't even 1 token anymore so that's a bummer. There are plenty of other Chuck e cheeses out there do please don't waste your time at this one
