This place is awesome. The food is fantastic. The guy who gave one star is crazy. I had beef dip and Cajun chicken soup. I don't know if I would really call the soup Cajun, but it was delicious. Beef dip so so tender and good. The is probably the best restaurant in Osoyoos. The visitor centre recommended. We had a party of 8,. Including kids. Everyone loved it. Our waiter was very personable. View is spectacular. It is a nicer restaurant but not pretentious. Good place for a date. The burgers stacked so high it doesn't look like you could even eat them. Pretty cool.

Love Black Hills - it's not your normal tasting experience. If you want to saddle up to the tasting bar then there are a lot of options in the Okanagan. But if you want a sit down relaxing educational experience with some of the best wines in the Okanagan, then yes, there is a tasting fee. The servers aren't just locals that pour wine, they have a minimum of WSET 3 which is a lot of wine education and experience. We're in the Okanagan a lot and visit a lot of wineries and Black Hills never disappoints, they do it differently. You can certainly share a $10 tasting if you don't want to pay for two, there's enough wine to share.

I came in this restaurant without any expectations, I just felt like eating a pizza. I was amazed to see all the different choices they offered, some of them I had never seen before. I finally chose to try the taco pizza, and oh my, was it ever delicious. It is the best pizza I had in my entire life. The fresh salad, tomatoes, sour cream and cheddar cheese, added on top after the cooking, transformed this pizza into the freshest and most delicious piece of culinary art I ever had.
I strongly recommend you go and try this unique restaurant. You will be taken care of by some amazing people and you will have a delicious meal guaranteed. Next time, I will try the butter chicken pizza :)

I eat here a few times every time I’m in Osoyoos. The Veg Box is so yummy and their daily homemade soups are always delicious. I don’t eat bread but my daughters sandwich was a piece of art!
