This pizza is so good.. customer service was excellent .. you will pay a little more than Domino's Pizza but that's because you are getting pizza that is authentic and there small ,is Domino's large.. I will definitely be eating here again...

Why are they throwing your food out of the window before you're even near it? Told the woman off about it too. Next I'll find it who owns it and have a nice talk with them.

As a server at hakata I understand when customers are upset because their order takes a while to be prepared. However, there is no reason to say something negative in a review that is false. Someone has posted our sanitation score was 88, and I can assure you since we have been open (1989) our score has never been that low. We strive to keep our restaurant as clean as possible. When it comes to the wait on your orders, please understand we don't precook anything. It's all made to order from scratch. All of our food, from hibachi, to washoku, to sushi, is freshly prepared. We thrive on making sure each customer enjoys their experience. We understand you pay a lot of money to dine out, and we don't want you to feel like it was all a waste. For those who have had a problem in the past, please come in and give us another chance. You won't be disappointed!

The food is perfect, never had a bad meal there. The servers are lovely. Thai tea is the bomb. It's a little expensive, but the portion sizes are good.

Worst Mexican food ever. The salsa tasted like watered down tomato sauce. The steak carne asada was about as thin as an envelope and as tough as beef jerky. The only reason why this place rated 1 star is because the staff is very friendly and attentive. It's a good thing I'm not a famous food critic or this business would be in trouble.

The 1st MSG Free chinese place I found here in J-Ville. Food was great and the restaurant was clean

The food was ok but the "gentleman" working needs some customer service training. Not only did we feel like we were being rushed from the get-go, but he acted as though we were taking up his time. If you dont like your customer service job enough to provide good customer service, perhaps it's time to move on.

Came here for dinner while we were visiting our Marine and also celebrating a family members birthday. The server was pretty awesome with a great personality and the food was amazing. Loved this place will definitely come back. Great atmosphere!!!

Pretty good pizza deals. Nothing like a local business giving the major companies like Pizza Hut and Domino's a run for their money.

Eat all you can. Stir fried noodles, rice, etc. You choose the ingredients and they cook it in front of you. Great food and very friendly staff. They have military discount every Tuesday too.

Ordered 4 cajun filet but only got 3. They weren't busy either. Look at photo i posted on may 18th. Ordered egg and cheese on everything. You were sure to upcharge everything but couldn't give it to me or give me the wrong drink. How does sweet tea look like mt. Dew?

Went out for the day with the family and my mom suggested we find a hotdog/burger joint around the area, so I took to Google and typed it in. Up came Jeff's burgers, dogs and shakes restaurant/diner. Good reviews which I always look for when going anywhere. Upon entering we were greeted by jamie. What a down to earth cool guy knew the menu through and through also very friendly and overall cool dude. First time trying a bison burger and let me tell u was fresh hot and very tasty. Also I had on the side fried zuchinni which was good as well. The one thing tho that I look for is great customer service and this place definitely exceeded that no questions asked. Everyone greeted us and asked us how the food was felt like family to be honest. The family and I will definitely be back in the near future to this diamond in the rough.

Absolutely love this sonic. Best one in Jacksonville. Andrew, the manager is fantastic. Takes care of his customers. All car hops are fantastic. Don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad car hop. Food is always fresh and if something comes out wrong. They make it right
