Shuttle & Taxi

Used this service for a trip from U of T to Pearson with a drop off at a downtown hotel (my colleague was flying out of Toronto and I was staying). Prompt pick up from U of T, and very courteous driver despite random road closures. Got me to my hotel safely and my colleague to the airport on time. I left my jacket in the vehicle and this company went above and beyond to return it to me. Highly recommended!

Ich habe das Taxi online bestellt. Der Fahrer war freundlich. Er war 10 Minuten früher da als vereinbart. Er fuhr schnell aber vorsichtig. Am Ende der Fahrt hat er genau den Preis verlangt der mir vorher online angezeigt wurde. (43$ to airport) Ich gab ihm 50$. Alles gut.

Working there is as disgusting as the service they provide!! The management treat their staff like GARBAGE!! The boss (Akram) constantly makes inappropriate comments about his own staff behind their backs! EVEN makes NASTY remarks about his own partner (Paul)!!! I been working there for three years and throughout my time working there, Akram, would constantly make false promises. If you can see corruption of the management of this company, you could probably understand how their disgusting service matches their terrible managment!!! If you have a choice, choose another taxi company!

They have been hired to transport me to medical appointments. They book incorrectly, often don't answer the phone, very long wait times. Forget to pick me up causing me to miss important appointments. They are frequently very late. They have tried to drop me off at the wrong location. They sent drivers from the GTA (2 hours away) to drive me when 'your taxi' (great company btw) stopped working with them due to lack of payment. They do not return phone calls. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!
