Wow! Haven’t been skiing in 46 years, the staff was so kind and hooked us up with everything we needed to stay warm and enjoy a ski vacation. Great staff, high quality products, super service. I hope we have fun so they can outfit us with equipment so we don’t have to rent. BRAVO!!!

This shop is the best in the area for ski equipment, fitting, and tune-ups. Very busy in season, so count on a few days wait for them to finish work.

This is my all time favorite ski area! I have skied many places including Sugarloaf in Maine and Gunstock, Pats Peak, and McIntyre in New Hampshire, but THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE SKI AREA! If you go on a weekday you have the trails almost to yourself. Some people say this place is small, but the benefits of short lift rides actually result in MORE TIME on the slopes. There is much variety in the different trails. This area is for more than just beginners.

The ladies are pleasant but besides that horrible customer service. I have gone there time after time hoping that the last time was just an odd off day for staff, but yet again I am met with horrible customer service. It mirrors the comments from the last post. You wait around while they wait on other people and everyone is just standing around. excuse after excuse. After a few years, they still don't get it. I have asked about basics about googles and no-one cares and I have asked about expensive roof racks and I was told " just go on the web site". They forget who you are in 24 hours and are just concerned with making a sale. I had problems with boots I bought there and they did nothing to help- they let me sit there for an hour while they "heated" them. It was apparent they actually forgot they put the boots somewhere else. They have a very poor selection of inventory ( after I went to another shop and saw what they had to offer ) and they try to sell you what they have in stock. A friend rented equipment there and it should have been taken off the market 10 years ago. Its too bad because they are conveniently located- but the service stinks. It seems to be a repeat issue after seeing some of the other comments. save yourself the aggravation and go to another ski shop.

Good independent cycle shop. Bought my 10 year old daughter her first non-Walmart type bike. Staff was helpful with showing what they had in stock for her size and fitting her with new helmet.

My brother and nephew come to Sunday River once a year from the state of Virginia. Every single time we go there we all are greeted with very friendly people. They have great selections for whatever you need. The rentals are very top quality and good prices.

I've had an incredible experience working with skimonster. They were all super friendly, and really helped me out in getting ready for a company ski trip after my previous set of skis had been stolen. Great business!

I have bought both winter and summer equipment from Sun Valley and I have loved it all! Very nice employee's too!

Had problems with my boots and they helped me make it better. Made my skiing much better for your trip to Big Sky Resort in Montana.

Agréablement surpris lors de mon dernier passage. Il y a des sentiers qui vont au sommet autre que d emprunter la coulée pour monter. Ca fait peut être longtemps mais je ne savais pas. Et franchement c était une belle montée et descente par ces sentiers.C est vite fait et on a une belle vue au sommet !!!
