Great emergency towing, good service. He actually cares! Would go back any day.

Very poor response time. AAA should find a more reliable company to do their towing as they will lose alot of customers. I plan on finding a new company a contacting everyone that I know to discontinue business. 2+ hours is unacceptable.

Très bon service

On May 9th, 2018 at 1pm, a driver towing an Audi almost ran me off the road twice, and was driving violently and recklessly on COMMONWEALTH AVENUE. This driver should not be legally allowed to operate this kind of vehicle as I fear they are endangering others on the road. The driver was a male, but that is all of the information I have. Please fire them. I should also note they were in one of the larger tow trucks and that I called the business after this happened. The woman on the phone said she would speak to the manager, so if nothing is done then it is clear they do not care. I expect something to be done about this situation or one day that driver will seriously injure someone.
