Towing

I got thorough explanations for the issues I was having with my vehicle and the next steps that I should be looking into so that the issues do not happen again.

On my way to work this loud clunking and grinding noise was coming from under my car. Was thinking that it was my CV joint. Called Mc Caffreys at 7AM, and they said they'd do there best to squeeze it in today. Tow truck arrived a half hour later and I expected to hear from them near the end of the day. 2 hours later they called to tell me that a nut from the link kit in the front suspension was loose, that they had tightened It, road rested it and everything was ok. I had just moved to the province and had my vehicle safety tested at Canadian tire Belleville the week previous. They had replaced the same link kit as part of the work they said had to be performed to verify the safety of the vehicle....... Excellent, honest service. Thank you for fixing the work poorly performed by Canadian Tire

Needed a tow M&A came quickly were professional and reasonable Thanks guys for making a bad day better.

First class operation, very professional service from a small town business. Owner is the most honest tow truck operator I have ever met.

Great staff and prices

A big thank you to the young man who rescued us on the 401 west of Trenton OnRoute on Friday March 16. We were driving a Dodge Caravan and had two young children in our vehicle. He arrived when we were told that he would, but it was the care he took to ensure that our vehicle would not be hit that struck me the most. He purposefully placed his vehicle behind our vehicle and closer to the lane of highway but back far enough that should it be hit, then we would not be. It took a lot to get the spare tire off the vehicle and he worked very hard to get this off. He was very pleasant and we certainly appreciate his service

Great guys,,, great work.

My van broke down in a weekend and nothing is open. Paul took me in first thing Monday morning and the problem was fixed by lunch. Very good pricing.

Thank you to Mark of Parrs Auto Repair Campbellford for installing my snow tires ... doing it well and on the day and at the time agreed ... Your quality customer care is so appreciated. Thank you Rob Donald for the referral ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice service

Was promised a truck for the morning. Went to pick up. No truck. They booked a truck and sent me to brighton only to find out that there was in fact no truck for me there. After a long call to the u-haul customer service people i was sent back here and still have no truck. The actual u-haul people arent even there. They have the people from the towing company doing the work for them. Though the tow truck drivers themselves have told me they have no idea what they're doing. So now. Thanks to the incompetence of this location. And at this point u-haul itself. I have no truck and no idea what I'm doing to get my stuff moved by the end of the month.

Great people here. Haven't had service done however have dropped off a lot of vehicles here.

They helped me fix my car, for a reasonable cost and quickly. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which was nice.
