Towing

Wonderful staff who are always ready to help. I feel very comfortable bringing my car here. Great Service Spelmer 😊

Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Great Company.

Professional, on time and best of all got us out of a tough situation. The price was right as well. Thanks guys for making the best of a rough situation.

I called #Sturdys and was most impressed with the staff from my phone call to the towing of my car. it was snowing and freezing out, I assured him that I was safe & warm at home, but thought that was so thoughtful especially me being a girl. His professionalism was terrific, and I was happy the garage i had called was refferring #Sturdys as well. my tow Truck driver was Keith Cook, and despite the cold - he smiled the whole time, and was super quick; like he totally needs a cape he's that fast! I could tell he has tons of experience. My car was loaded on the flatbed truck quicker than you can order a #TimHortons coffee & get it. There was no monkeybusiness with the price of the tow, and Keith's smile was contagious; even thru the cold and misfortune of my needing a tow they both (business manager and Keith the tow truck driver) made me happy and feel comfortable with taking my car and towing it. Keith also offered me a ride to the repair shop i contacted prior to calling #Sturdys ... a cab ride would have been over half the cost of the tow, and the weather factor is also important to keep in mind. I recommend them to anybody that values their vehicle, and excellent customer service. call them and you won't be disappointed, nor left out in the cold! thanks again😃 Jenny

i needed a tow, dispatcher was vary friendly told me the driver would be their in 20 minutes driver arrived in less then 10 minutes and actually repaired my car for me as all nearby shops were closed best tow truck experience i ever had saved driver saved me an expensive tow back home to toronto

Fair prices, fast service

Great friendly service! Highly recommended!

Was stuck in citi plaza parking lost last night because the anti theft system on my car was activated and the battery drained out. These guys came in less than 10 mins and gave a jump start to my car. These guys are awesome. Got 10% discount as well.

It was very personable they treated me like family Assume job.

Locked my keys in my car. Called Frank at Chaterhouse and they showed up within 30 minutes. He didn't overcharge and got in the car quick. hate to spend money on dumb things but at least they are affordable.

I had my rotors replaced here on the recommendation of a friend. Fast, transparent and friendly, and more competitive than other quotes I got. Thanks!

Best in the Business. Doug is a stand up guy!!

Mike is amazing. Thank you
